Heyy guys&gals!! This is another chapter of THE MAKEOVER!! Sorry i haven't uploaded in a while. I was really tired and busy trying to finish homework. Anyway, the last chapter talked about Asher breaking Sophina's heart.

~~~Last Chapter~~~
I quickly got up and it was the guy i met earlier. He saw my face and automatically asked, "are you okay?"
I couldn't help it. I boasted into tears. I didn't expect him to do this but he pulled me into him. Then i started crying on his shoulder while his hand kept rubbing my back. He just kept telling me that everything would be okay.
But for once nothing was okay but that moment....
~~~Conner's P.O.V~~~

I held her against me, slowly caressing her back. I listened to the sound of her slow and deliberate breathing. I guess she calmed down. She sighed into my chest and pulled away from me. She gave me a small assuring smile.

"Are you alright now or do you need another hug?", i asked as a smile was tugging at the corners of my lip. She seemed quite relaxed as she said scoffed at me. "Please. Like i need another hug from you. I already ruined your shirt."

I looked down at my white tee. Of course, my entire chest was soaked from her tears. I just stared at the multiple clear stains. I looked up at her again. Her hazel eyes had me mesmerized. She looked so beautiful. I could tell my staring made her uncomfortable so i quickly changed the topic.

"So you wanna tell me why you ruined my shirt?", i asked while stepping closer to her. She looked so vulnerable, so small and easily manipulated. Immediately, her eyes flickered to the ground. I grabbed her soft chin in my hand and pulled her head up to meet mine. Again i got lost in her eyes.

Her vulnerability made her even more beautiful. "You can tell me." She grazed my facial expression. She opened her mouth but closed it shut. She sighed.

"I can't tell you.", she whispered. She bit her bottom lip, which seemed to be quivering. For some reason, i wanted to hold her again. To be able to feel her warmth, her slow breathing, the sweet smell of her hair, and the way she looked so sweet.

Her expression felt pained, worried. I saw her check her phone and sighed. "Lunch is almost over."

Then an idea popped into my head. "Hey. How about we ditch."

She gave me a surprised expression. "Uh..I don't know. We could get in trouble."

I shook my head. "I know a shortcut. Go grab your stuff."

She shrugged. She quickly ran to her locker and dialed her combination. She grabbed her book bag and sweatshirt.

We took the shortcut through the courtyard. She seemed really tense along the way. I should ask her why later on. We finally reached the parking lot where my car was. I opened the door for her and got in myself.

"So where are we headed?"

I turned my head to look at her. I gave her a smile. "It's a surprise."

It took us at least 20 minutes to get where we were going. She gasped when she saw the giant ice skating rink.

She shook her head. "Nah uh! I'm not going in there!" She crossed her arms and pouted.

I rolled my eyes. I hopped out of the car and opened the passenger side door. She didn't move a muscle.

This girl is very stubborn. I sighed deeply. "Come on! I'll stay with you at all times."

She shook her head vigorously. "I don't know how to ice skate and i never want to know."
