"Wake up!" I heard a voice yell from across my room. I turned my head and opened my eyes, I squinted from the bright light coming from my ceiling, I shielded my eyes and looked at my alarm clock it read...6:00 a.m.! Woe! Who is waking me up this early?! I looked over and saw my best friend Amanda looking at me with an amused expression.Of course why didn't I think of her, she is always ruining my date with sleep!

"Why are you so happy?" I snapped in the meanest voice I could muster up this early in the morning. While she thought about what to say my mind drifted off to Jacob.

"Alannah!"  I heared Amanda yell, breaking me out of my wonderful day dream.

"Yeah?" I asked looking up at her innocently. Her face softened from its scowl when she looked at me. I silently laughed knowing she cant be mad at me when I make that face. I slowly pulled off my covers and got out of bed and walked to my dresser. I got out some clean underwear, black shorts, and a red shirt. I grabbed a clean towel and walk to my bathroom thinking about my date last night with Jacob. I got in the shower and let the water cascade down me. Once I  shampooed my hair, and washed my body I got out of the shower and got dressed. When I went into my room Amanda was texting. Most likely Nathen, she has liked him since the 7th grade.

Hey Amanda! Do you like my outfit? It's new." I asked as she jumps and almost falls off my bed because I startled her. I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants. When I finished laughing I looked up and saw Amanda giving me a death glare. I straightened up and coughed to muffle my laughter, "Let me go put on some make up." I stuttered, and ran to my make up bag. Amanda went back to texting, I put on my make up, grabbed some sandals and got a sweater.

"Did you hear about what Trevor did?" Amanda asked.

"Yeah I heared, it's pretty funny, I mean I cant believe he put a goat in Mrs. Smith's office." as I think back on the memory I laughed because I watched it happen. Although no one but Trevor knows because I helped and he promised to keep it a secret. We were silent while we walked to our cars. I got in my 1996 red Mustang convertible that I bought with the money I have been saving all my life. Amanda got into her green Volkswagen Passat and drove away. When I turned on my car, Another Brick in The Wall, By: Pink Floyde came blasting from my speakers. I turned down the radio because music that loud is something I cant handle that early in the morning. I backed out of the driveway and started toward school. While I was driving my phone buzzed with a new message.

"Good morning beautiful! (:

- Jacob" I smiled at the text thinking of last nights picnic.

"Hey, How are you?

- Alannah" I replied as I drove into the schools parking lot and found a parking space. I got out and replied to all the Hey I was receiving from all around me. When I got to my locker Jacob was leaning on it with a dozen Dandelions. (My favorite flower.)

"I'm sorry I didn't reply to your last text message, I was picking these." Then he leaned in to kiss me on the cheek and I pushed him away.

"No, you didn't reply to my last text message you think I'm going to let you kiss me?" I said crossing my arms.

"Yeah , I didn't reply because I was picking you these flowers." He deafened, I grabbed the Dandelions from him and opened my locker. I put my lunch away and grabbed the books I need for the morning. When I turned around my cheek ran right into Jacob's lips as he enveloped me into a hug. Oh how I love this boy. Should I tell him I love him? Oh my goodness! What if he doesn't love me back? "Alannah?"
