Regional At Best is twenty one pilots' second album after their self-titled album.
The album was released independently on July 8th, 2011, but once the band got signed to Fueled by Ramen in 2012, they lost rights to the album and it is no longer available to buy on iTunes or any online music distributor besides mp3 downloads.
