I woke up one morning hoping to see something new, so i bought a train ticket to London. I did a little shopping in London, visited friends, my auntie etc. but I did come across a nice bar, so I phoned up Phoenix and went I to this little bar, it was quiet, it was called Blackbird. It always reminded me of the Paul McCartney song, that song was so beautiful. When me and Phoenix(Phee) walked in, there was a sort of housey feel, all cosy and warm. It was different. We ordered a tea pot of wild raspberry, it was delicious I honestly haven't had better fruit tea anywhere else.
When we left it was snowing, I know it's december and all but still. It hardly snows. But when me and Phee left we walked down this quiet London street. It was perfection this part of London, it wasn't too busy or too quiet just right. While heading into this book shop, family owned book shop. But while inside me and Phee split up, I'm looking at all the books, which I came across my favourite one, 'To time and beyond' it was a sort of sci-fi romance book, about a girl who goes time traveling and she comes across a strange man, this was no ordinary man, he showed her tricks of becoming a good time traveller, and how to be good at it, but then she starts to fall head over heels for him, she very distinctive in the way she showed her affection but when it came to a life and death situation, he finally shows his love for her.
But I grabbed the book and started to read it in the chair that was on my left, I never bought the book because I always read it in book shops. By I thought I should buy it, I found Phee and we headed up to the till she went first, then it was me, I got my booked scanned and threw a book mark in there with it,
"That's £15.75 please" said the young lady.
I reached into my back and pulled out my purse, I didn't want to split up all my notes but that wasn't going to happen, I passed her the £20 note and smiled.
"Here you go" I said to the sweet young lady.
"Thank you" she said handing over my bag. "Have a nice day"
"I will" me and Phee left the shop and we walked around, nothing to spectacular but it was such nice snowy day.
