Ugh... Spring Cleaning. Hazel hated Spring Cleaning. She lived with her parents in Vancouver, B.C. They had a nice house with a big yard for her husky, Sky, to run in. This spring, she got the basement to clean. Luckily, her best friend Jack was there to help. Hazel had known Jack for longer than she could remember. He had dirty blond hair, blue eyes and freckles. Unlike the other boys, he actually had a brain (and used it). Hazel had brown hair and green eyes. They were both obsessed with Harry Potter.
