  GAME TESTING ROOM, YEAR: 2030

I can smell the crisp, fake air that is in the room. I am standing, and I feel the pressure nodes adhere to my skin, pulling on my arm hair slightly. I take a breath, and I hear the lights flick off, and the game come up. The tune is the recognizable super smash bros, melee.
I feel the heat rising in my chest with anticipation, the game is on. The beat from the selection screen is enhanced by the pressure from the nodes, and it brings a rush, and I feel my blood pumping.
I use my eyes to select my character by blinking on the icon, and the same booming show voice can be heard: "Captain... Falcon!!"
The excitement of him announcing my name revs my senses, and I am focused. The game starts, and I am facing before me, Samus. Her suit is not the usual orange, but a light blue and yellow. We are standing on a floating platform that is roughly the size of a basketball court.
"..TWO, ONE!" the game starts, and I already know what stage this is. Im obviously familiar with this decades old lpcation.It's Pokémon Stadium. It has been converted into a three dimensional stage.
I smirk. I start by leaping up, meeting Samus in the air, and do the falcon kick. and we are in the midst of an explosion as we are blown apart, and I land expertly on my feet.
I advance toward the girl in the suit, and she grabs me with her blue electric whip, and I can feel it around my body, and I hit the ground.
I recover, and see her getting ready to punch, so I cross my arms, and a red bubble forms around me, momentarily protecting me, and in that time, I glance down, and see our damage is both at ten percent. I know my back is to the edge, so I raise my leg, and say the command.
"FALCON KICK!" I yell, and I am thrown about two thirds across the court, ripping right through Samus. She is up in the air, and I do a melee roundhouse kick and knock her farther into the air.
I am smiling as I see her at forty percent. I am winning. I hear beeps ahead of me and there is a delayed return to the ground from Samus, and I roll away the bombs she made in the air hit the ground and explode, taking my attention, and a blue ball comes at me, hitting me square in the chest.
