Batman/Bruce Wayne's parents were murdered right in front of him when him and his family were leaving an opera. At the funeral of his parents when he was walking with everybody he couldn't take the pain of knowing his parents are dead, he ran off and wondered upon a cave  which he fell into, bat's swarmed him, scaring him and he was carried up by the bat's. Later throughout the years Bruce Wayne trained all day and all night trained by the master of the league of shadows, Ra's al Ghul Bruce made it his life goal to defend Gotham, making plenty enemy's and more people he took in as his "Bat family" then he started the justice league with the hopes of defending the entire plant, solar system.
