I woke up with the sound of the same generic alarm clock that I heard every day. I opened my eyes and yawned. It was going to be the same thing as the day before. And the day before that. Wake up, get dressed, go to school, go home, sleep and repeat. Same old same old. In all honesty I hate almost everything about life right now. I'm always laying in bed doing nothing while other people go out with their friends and do things together. I'm not saying I don't have friends, but it's not like they ever invite me to do something. I always have to invite myself if I want to do something.

I got up and did what any normal person would do to get ready in the morning. Once I finished getting dressed and all that, I went down to eat breakfast. I was welcomed by my little sister, Hiyori who was only a year younger than me. She's always been rather cheerful. Since she was only in a grade below me, we went to the same school so we left together each morning. The school is pretty close to our home so we just walk there. You may be wondering "This isn't that descriptive." That's because it's hella boring. I'm not gonna spend too much time describing my boring morning. It's the same as yours. Probably. I just went off on a tangent. Let's just continue.

When we got to school we were greeted by Hiyori's best friend, Mei. They've been friends since what, like grade school? Jumping onto Hiyori, giving her a hug, Mei said "Good morning Hiyori! Good morning Yuki!" Just like Hiyori she's very cheerful. A little over cheerful at that. "Morning." Hiyori and I said in unison. They headed to class, so I did as well.

I was half asleep when the bell for lunch rang. Math is so damn boring. I headed to my locker to grab my lunch and then headed to the roof, where I usually ate. Once I got there, I noticed a strange girl staring into the sky. She had long, flowey, hair. It was a color I can't explain too well. I had never seen it before. It was almost a silver-ish color. "Hello?" I reluctantly said. She turned around and looked at me , her eye the same color as her hair. Her left eye covered with an eyepatch. She was so strange to me, yet I found her so beautiful. She still only stared at me with a blank expression. "Are you okay?" I asked.

"Yeah." she said, "I'm fine."

"Um...if you don't mind me asking, what's your name?"

"Mimori. Haruka Mimori."
