How to Save a Friend

Chapter 4

Jake got on the bus to his worst nightmare. There were always parties every night of the week practically and Mike had gone to Jessie Vanders party and Dana was there. For some reason at the exact party he asked her out and she said yes, he got a moutful of how it all went down on the bus and he was pretty annoyed with the subject. They walked into school and Dana grabbed him kissed him and inroduced him to her friends. Later in 2nd period all Mike had to say was wow isnt Dana great and that was the last thing Jake had ever wanted to hear and it went on for the whole hour and at the end of class Mike asked it Jake wanted to got o Danas party and Jake said yes even though he was dreading the fact of having to see Mike and Dana together.

It was already 5th period and time had flown by today even though Jake was extremly tired, he shut his eyes and then there was a bright orange light coming in from his eyes and all the sudden he saw Dana and Mike dancing while a Lady GaGa song was playing and he was standing in the corner drinking a half empty coke. The party was out of control the house was a mess and the music was blasty. When he got the vision she would twitch and shake and then he thought again about all the wierd experiences that have happned over the week and now he could see the future.

He wanted to tell Mike but he couldnt he was to busy with Dana, when school was over he wasnt even on the bus and Jake saw him walking Dana to her house he was losing his best friend to a girl.
