Goodbye Daniel • d.h

And what am I supposed to say when I'm all choked up, and you're okay?

I loved him. I still do. That doesn't change what he did to me though, he ruined me and now he's lost me. For good.

Although, how I got here was quite a struggle, if you're interested stay. If not, you could very likely, be making the right decision.

It all started back when me and him were just friends, YouTube friends of course. Mainly just making videos together, until we started hanging out more and more. I told him I liked him first, he accepted my feelings and told me he liked me back.

"Dan... I have something to tell you." I said, as he plugged his camera into his large computer.
"Yeah sure, what is it Odessa?" He asked, turning to me and smiling his perfect smile.
It literally made me melt on the spot, that was just one of his many perfect features.
"I uh... I'm just gunna say it. I hope that if you don't feel the same way that this won't effect our friend ship. I have feelings for you." I said, biting my lip lightly. I honestly wouldn't have minded much if he didn't feel the same way, I just didn't want him to hate me.
"Oh... Uh, I have feelings for you as well..." He replied, rubbing the back of his neck his face turning a light red.
I smiled "Really?" I asked
"Yeah..." He said, blushing.

It was no where NEAR as hard as I thought it was going to be, and a couple days after that... He asked me out, and I said yes.

"Hey Odessa... Can I ask you something?" He asked, blushing as he pressed the 'stop record' button.
"You just did." I said, giggling softly
"Shut up." He said laughing and then continuing with "Well... You know how I like you, and you like me..." I nodded, showing that I was understanding what he was saying.
"I was just... wondering if you wanted to see a movie... O-or something." He said, his face turning red.
"YES!" I said, before coughing and then just plainly saying "Yeah, sure..." I smiled and Dan wrapped his arms around me, pulling me into a hug.

BIG MISTAKE! If I had've known that in the future he was going to tear my heart out and jump on it. I wouldn't have agreed to this date... Then after a few more dates, was when I really started falling for him, and not just at a normal speed. A dangerously fast one...

Our relationship moved pretty fast, after three months together we decided I should move in with him. After that, we were together for two more years, we'd told the fans and they were all okay with that, except for a few salty Phan shippers.

Life seemed perfect! Now, I had not had the best life before meeting Dan, I was alone. My boyfriend Sam left me for a slutty blonde bimbo, my parents had died in an extreme car accident, and my brother Jackson was murdered. I of course, entered a serious state of chronic depression. I was actually alone, and I didn't have any friends because I didn't leave the house, that's when I decided to try YouTube, because I needed something to make me happy, and it did.

It made me happier than I'd ever been. I grew pretty fast. Then one year went to VidCon, that was where I met Dan and Phil who became the best friends I'd ever had. Which of course led to the thing with Dan.

Although, now I'm here and I regret my decision BIG TIME... I'll tell you what happened...

"Hey... Odessa, we need to talk..." He said, seriously.
"Oh no..." I whispered to myself, sitting down next to him.
"I... I don't have the same feelings as I used to." He said, biting his lip.
"About what?" I asked, feeling my heart speed up in my chest.
"You..." He said
I stared at him, his mouth continues to move but I wasn't listening.
"I've met someone else... Her names Savannah. She's so funny and nice, but I think I love her." He said, looking down.
"What... How do you know?" I asked, looking at him curiously as a tear slid out of my eye and onto my lap.
"We... Uh, oh god. We kind of... Kissed."
At that sentence I jumped up angrily "SO YOU CHEATED ON ME?!" I asked, angrily
"No! That's not what I mean!" He yelled back
"No! Don't speak. You are not allowed to be defending yourself in this situation. God! How could I not see this happening. I don't deserve you. I never did, the world just lured me into a trap. Have fun screwing Santana or whatever her name was." I said, my voice lowering the more I cried. I stormed out of the apartment as Phil walked in. He tried to stop me and ask what was wrong, but I ignored him.
