Emily's PVO:
"Emily come here please" my mom Jessica said from the other room. Of course I went as she was dying and there was nothing I could do about it.
"yes mom" I said when I was standing in front of her.
"we both know that sooner or later I'm going to die so I wanted you to know the truth" my mom said to me. which scared me a little.
"what do you mean, tell me the truth?" I said back to my mom.
"I want you to know who your father is so when I die you can go and stay with him because I have no doubt in my mind that he will love you as much as I love you" my mom said to me.
"who is it then, who is my dad?" I replied I couldn't think of any thing else to say.
"he works at the 21st district here in Chicago, his name is Jay Halstead and he works in intelligence" my mom said she also made it sound like he was a very important person with a very busy life and wouldn't have time for an annoying 14 year old girl who just lost her mother due to a serious car crash he didn't need the stress I thought to myself.
