I hate this neighbourhood.Ever since I first stepped into this place, everything was a depressing shade of blue - The trees, the road, the people.
Here, everyday was the same as the day before, and before that and before that. Except for the weather. Maybe tomorrow the sun will be out upfront, on display with little to no stray wisps of cotton clouds floating lazily in the air, carried by a small soft breeze. But not even clearest sunny day could change the fact that this neighbourhood was blue.
Everything was blue. Even the sun and its rays.
Time moved slowly, took its own sweet time to move the hands of the clock. There was nothing to do and nothing to see. Time moved at its own pace and the people moved even slower, with their same blue expression, living their same blue life.
Nothing interesting ever happens because everything was blue -from a dull turquoise to a deep navy.
New was something hard to come by here. The people were old, like lovely Ms Kim living across the street and odd Mr Jung a few houses away. And so were the buildings. The playground creaked with rust and the pavement were cracked with age.
People would often go, just like lonely Ms Lee three years ago who lived on the house beside mine and had a small service before fading almost completely from everyone's minds. But barely anyone came to this godforsaken place.
The house was empty ever since, standing there collecting dust, slowly crumbling from the unforgiving hands of time.
That was until a family decided to move in.
Everything was blue.

All appearances here are based on predebut looks so you've got really squishy Jimin and awkward Yoongi :') (a stark contrast to their current sexy classy look [deep V necks and collars *heavy breathing*])Story is inspired by Troye Sivan's Blue Neighbourhood. Check it out if you haven't. It's so good omdgshh.
I hope you enjoy this story and don't forget to comment and vote ^^ ~ robin
