Chapter 1: A New Life

Charlie POV
"I don't know how to put this but we are moving..."  Daddy started talking

"Away from the pack?"

"No, of course not. I am the alpha and I will always be the alpha. And next you brother will be alpha. When we find him."

"Dad, that's more of a reason to stay. What if Liam finds his way out and he comes home and we aren't here. He's gonna feel.....empty."  I stated looking over at the picture of mom, dad, Jack, and Liam.

"His mate's family will stay behind along with Elderly Rose and her family. They will be here and they have vowed to never leave until Liam is found."

Liam's mate was Dana Davidson. The second prettiest girl in the pack. I think that I am prettier than her and I know that I am. (Picture of Charlie at the Top) .

"Dead or Alive." Winter stated. I feel bad that she has to go throw all of this at such a young age. 

Dad slowly looked away from me and to August who was looking right back at him with no fear, no pain, and no sorrow.

"Yes, d-dead or alive." Dad choked out.

"I can't believe...... I mean this is the house that mom loved and you would date try to leave while she's in a coma."  August commented while looking at my dad like he was nothing.

"I am doing this for you! I am doing this because I love you guys....girls and its not safe for y'all to be here anymore. If the rogues can get in and out of here without being site. Its not the Guards fault its this land. Elderly Elena told me that  these lands have tunnels and that that's a way they could be getting in. I want y'all to be safe. I know that jack is gone and Liam is missing. And your mother is gone. So I want to protect y'all at any and every cost. " Dad turned to facing me and looked down at my son, who was in my arm asleep. "I failed you once, I will not fail you or you guys again."

The reason why I have a son is because when the rouges attacked us. I was taped in my room by a werewolf who was under control by a witch who was with the rogues. My dad saved all the werewolves that were under the witches spell and when he found out that the werewolf had raped me he was going to kill him. But both mom and I plead that he wouldn't for the simple fact that he didn't know what he was doing. I never told the werewolf that I was pregnant. I let him go and live his life with his mate. I let him live knowing nothing. I just wanted him to be happy.  Away from me and my son but happy .

"Fine. We will go. But you have to babysit Teddy while I go to work."

"But you don't have a job?"

"I will be getting a job so yeah."

"Fine."

"And we are going over nanny house until your done moving everything to the new house." August stated standing up in front of the couch.

"Yeah, moving sucks!"

"We have never moved before. How do you know if it sucks?" I asked

"I move my toys place to place everyday,"

"Why?"

"So the monsters, under my bed wont get to them. Duh!"

The week went by and Nana kept acting weird and every time she had Teddy. She would say things like: "You have your duties, protect yourself and protect the one you love." Or "You are powerless without faith and love and loyalty."

We had just arrived at the new neighborhood just arrived at around 2 in the afternoon and I was completely and uderly in love with everything and I haven't even walled into the house yet.
It was two floors and maybe a five bed room house. Dad and Winter jumped out of the car and raced each other into the house. While August helped Caroline get out of her car seat she was beside a sleeping Teddy.
