I get out of bed while I get ready for work. After I get out of the shower I put my work clothes on and tie my hair back in a ponytail. When I leave I hear my mom yell bye to me.
Bye ky! She yells. My parents call me ky for short. It sounds weird for a girl but I'm not like others. I don't hang out in the crowd with the preppy girls. I'm not like that.
While I drive I hear my phone buzz. I got a text but I can't read it since I'm driving. Once I arrive at the mall I take out my phone and read the text. It was from my friend Claire.
Hey ky me and dez wanna hang out tomorrow after work. As I swipe my fingers across the screen I type, where to?
As I walk into the store Hollister I see my friend that works with me. She's the cashier. I do the hanging and folding clothes. I usually get to design the clothes that go good together.
Hey aria I say. Hey ky she says. As her pink hair moves to the back of her ear she tells me the list of things I have to do.
Oh and ky edd wants to see you. Ok thanks I say back. I walk into the little room as I see a man with brown short hair and brown eyes stand there.
Hey edd I say. Edd's my boss. Hey so I have a new idea of what design would be good together.
As he shows me the clothes, he lifts up a cute sweater. I run my hand up the soft sleeve as I look at the infinity sign that says love on it. After me and edd talk about designing clothes I go to hang and fold them.
While I fold a pair of jeans I see 3 guys walk in. My brother looks at me while being idiots as usual. Him and his friends start dancing to the loud music playing.
One of them is Ayden arias brother. The other one is jake. He's my friend Claire's brother. All of them are older than their sisters including my brother.
What are you doing here?! I said. Yeah what are you doing here? I turned around to see aria standing there looking at her brother.
We're shopping at the mall and decided to stop by to embarrass you. My brother says. I rolled my eyes. My brother never leaves me alone.
After work I look at my phone again. I got a text from Claire. How about the movies? We'll be at Hollister after you get out of work. I look at the screen and let my small fingers type. sounds good see you tomorrow.
I got in my car while I start playing sweater weather by the neighborhood. When I get home I get out of my work clothes and into my pj's. I brush my teeth and take out my ponytail. I read a romance book till I get tired, turn off the lights and drift off to sleep.
