First before we go on with the Dare I would like to say that I am so, so, so sorry for not updating this for a while.
Our next dare is from balder614mention a user
To Blowhole and The Penguins; Talk to each other, without trying to kill or hurt each other, and without arguing.
Skipper: What?! Dr.Blowhole is evil and we're good, you can't expect a civilized conversation between enemies, it's not going to happen.
Skipper, I think you guys should give it a try, before you decide it's not going to work.
Private: I agree Skipa, I mean after all, we never really have tried that before
Skipper: That's because Blowhole is an evil mastermind, and all he cares about is world domination!
Dr.Blowhole: I have to disagree with that statement of yours Skipper
Skipper: Oh really?
Hey! You guys still need to do the dare, so Skipper quit your complaining, and you guys start your talking, it's really not that heard.
Skipper: Okay, first off, I'm not complaining, and secondly...
* interrupts Skipper * and secondly, you are complaining, you're the only one complaining, so cut it out, before I send you to time-out again

Well, The Penguins and Blowhole are still talking, them seem to be getting along-ish, and they haven't tried to hurt or kill each other, so I think we can safely say dare complete :) ( Btw nice dare sis :) )
