I dream that one day we learn how to live together in peace. That our world will be a place where a homosexual can be a homosexual, a Christian can be a Christian, and an Atheist can be an Atheist. There would be no war, no suffering, no worry " Am I going to be hurt or even killed for what I am or what I believe?" There is however one major problem with my dream. This problem, to whomever is reading, is us. We as humans can't live in peace together because of one simple thing. We all believe that what we believe is right, and that if it's not what we believe or how we think it should be done it's wrong. So how do we fix this you might ask? Well it's really simple, all we have to do is get everybody on earth to believe that they are wrong but at the same time right. Now, I know that sounds mad but hear me out. We are all wrong for taking our beliefs to such a point that we go so far as to harm each other for using one word that your belief deems wrong. But we are all, at the same time, right. It's good to have faith in something, wether it's God or whatever you believe on. Faith is what gives us hope and hope is what makes it so we can get up in the morning. Hope that today might be better than yesterday. Hope that maybe today you will get that promotion or increase in pay. Hope that today might finally be the day you work up the strength to talk to your crush. So you see it's not religion or non-religion that is the problem with our world being hateful and unjust. It's us and our unknown dogmatism to what we believe. I thank you highly for your time
Sincerely,
Michael Hand
