Thirteen year old Marlowe Ellis is a full time dancer, sister, and person. She is a strait A, funny, beautiful, popular, girl. With more guy friends than girl friends, she has little drama to deal with, but she has a dance team of twelve girls to keep up with, and two six year old brothers. But, on her birthday, Marlowe's life turns upside down. She is picked randomly by her school to do a project on mentally ill children, where she finds a secret sister that has been locked there for years. And, after two months studying them, she becomes a crazy person herself. Struggling to hide it, she must choose between who she really is, and who she is trying to be.
