The Forgotten || A Phanfic

Dan's P.O.V
I just got out of the tube heading to my flat I had chosen as my new home I guess. It was nice and simple with the walls painted white as shown online. But, I don't know anyone in London yet, and it makes me so lost knowing I have no one to go to if I need help or something. Everyone keeps gazing at me though, but I mean I am basically the reincarnation of a 6 foot 3 inch Winnie the Pooh with a fringe. My hair right now is in its natural hobbit form. It makes me so insecure that it's curly. I just hate how it is.

I was putting on my earbuds whilst blaring my music. That was a horrible idea. I bumped into a really pale stranger, with blue and just a tad bit of yellow and green in his eyes. His eyes were perfect. He had a fringe as well just swept to the right; whilst mine was swept to the left. We both fell due to my lack of concentrating where I was going.

"Oh my god. I am so sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going. I am new around here and-" I started to ramble before I was cut off by the sweet, yet sexy voice of the handsome stranger.

"No no no it's okay mate. I wasn't paying attention as well. My name is Phil, Phil Lester. What is your's?" He questioned and stuck his hand out to shake with a smile as we both got up.
"I'm Dan, Dan Howell. I'm new to this town so I'm sort of lost" I responded whilst sticking my hand out to shake his hand. He had really soft hands. He was about the same height as me just maybe like 1 inch shorter.

"It's okay mate London is huge. Anyways where are you heading too?" He questioned. "I um, well I think the address is Flat 37  on Cherry Road " I looked at him with a face of pure confusion. I had no idea where I was going.
"Well this is cool. Mate we will be neighbors, sort of" Phil excitedly cheered with a smile that could burn down all of America.

Wait what?! Dan what are you doing!? I don't even know my own sexuality anymore!? I think I'm heterosexual? I'm not sure. Ugh why am I so sexually ambiguous!?! My mum thought I was gay. Everyone thinks I'm gay, but I like girls. I like guys too. Ugh whatever I'll figure it out-

"Um Dan, are you okay?" Phil whispered to me with a questionable look whilst waving his hand in front of me.
"Uh, yeah sorry I just got lost in my thoughts, um yeah I'm really sorry." I quickly let out barely audible for him to hear whilst I was looking down at my shoes blushing at the embarrassment.
"Phil may you repeat yourself please?" I asked whilst looking up at him. He seemed upset but suddenly brightened up his expression when I looked up.
"Oh yeah sorry, so um yeah we will be like neighbors since we live in like the same flat complex building thing. Anyways I can show you around if you'd like after you've settled in?" He repeated himself with that same smile that would burn down America.
"Yeah that would be lovely. Um...Phil would you mind showing me where the flat building complex is?" I questioned him nicely.

"Yeah of course mate. Let's get going so you can get settled in faster." He smiled as he got my wrist and started dragging me in the direction I was heading before we bumped into each other.

*Skips walk to flat building complex*

"Well here you go mate, your flat. Anyways I am number 32 which is just down the hall if you'd like to come and visit once you've settled in, and if you need anything feel free to call me" he said as he gestured for me to give him my phone. I gladly gave it to him to type his number.
"Well Phil it was nice talking to you. Maybe we could hang out soon. And thank you mate by the way for showing me to my flat, and being so nice." I said with a genuine smile. Wow that hasn't happened in a while if I am honest.
"Agh you're welcome mate. Still nothing and yeah hopefully we could hang out soon. Anyways I'll get going now so you can settle in. It was nice meeting you" he happily said as he waved and walked away back to his flat.
