Why did he do that

Aphmau's POV

The next day I went to school and everyone was looking at me differently. I didn't know what to do. So, I went to class ( by the way this school doesn't have lockers) and sat down at the front where I would usually sit because of my terrible vision. After awhile of sitting a guy I had never seen before came up to me he had beautiful brown hair that looked fluffy, he had a smug look on my face after staring at me for a few seconds he interrupted my thoughts.
"You don't seem to be different. Why would he like you?" My eyes widened at his derogatory comment about me not being different and someone not liking me, I knew I wasn't the prettiest girl but I'm quite smart. I don't even think think he was in my grade so why would he be in my class, just leave me alone, please! If you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all, didn't their parents teach them that when they were five. The bell soon rung to signal the end of this period so like everyday I waited for the flood of students to get out of my way so I could walk out of the classroom and go to the library in peace. I started studying for the English test we had next week. After awhile I got bored of sitting by myself in the library and went home to sleep.
