Spencer stirred in his sleep, sleepily sitting up.
"Forty seven, sixty-twelve, workout!"
Spencer heard Sophia giggle.
"Shh! Daddy's still sleeping! Can you say seventy-eight for daddy?"
Spencer crept out to the balcony and looked down onto the living room. Ryan was doing push-ups with Sophia giggling and counting on his back. Ugh, Ryan was just so good with kids and it made Spencer so giddy when he saw him. Spencer sat down on the floor and just watched the two. He closed his eyes and squealed.
"They're just so adorable! Gahhhh!"
"Not as adorable as you though." chuckled Ryan as he sat next to Spencer on the balcony.
"Gosh darnit! How do you always find me?! Wait. Where's Sophia?" Spencer exclaimed in a rush.
"Babe, it's all good. I told her to count out how many Cheerios equaled her age, so she should be done so-"
"Daddy!! I'm done! Oh wait, daddy's asleep. Sorry!" Sophia shouted. "Daddy, I'm done." she whispered.
Ryan and Spencer laughed at this and Spencer couldn't help but indulge in Ryan's deep laugh.
"Daddy and I are coming princess! Just one second!" Ryan lightly called.
Ryan spun over till he was sitting in front of Spencer and gave him a quick peck.
"C'mon babes, let's go have some cereal."
Ryan and Spencer walked downstairs hand in hand, both floating on Cloud 9.
