New Year, New Start
Jodie's POV: It was new year. People say 'New year, New Start', This saying was true for me. I was moving from Coventry to London. It was going to be a whole new experience for me but i couldn't wait! :) It was scary at the same time, I didn't want to leave anyone but I was going to get a fesh start and meet new people.
Everything was packed away and the house was empty. I was going to miss this house it's got so many memories! Me, my mum, my dad and brother all got in the car. I sat in the back and just stared out the window, thinking i may never ever see this place again. I plugged my headphones in to my Ipod and listened to the first song that came on.
I soon fell asleep but didn't turn my Ipod off so when i woke up i had a bit of a shock. I turned my Ipod off and looked out the window. We were 10 mins away from the new house.
We pulled on to the drive of the new house and i jumped out of the car and ran to the front door.
Me: Wow this is amazing!
Dad: I'm glad you like it :)
I was walking back to the car to grab some of the boxes that go in my room when a girl walked up the drive next door.
Girl: Hey im Katie, so your the new neighbours? What school you going to?
Me: Hi im Jodie and im going to the one around the corner i forgot what its called
Katie: Oh really? I go there! So do a couple of my other mates.
Me: Cool :) Nice chatting
Katie: Yeah, You should pop round later, i don't live here my best mate Louis does!
Me: I will in a bit bye
I walked in the house and my mum asked who i was talking to and i said some girl next door and i was going to get her later and meet some new friends.
Katie's POV: I walked to louis' and as i was walking up the drive there was a girl who looked about my age there and she was the new neighbour. I got chatting to her and she seemed really nice.
I walked in to Louis' and went straight to his room and seen him sat there playing xbox!
Me: Lets join ya
Louis: Katieeee
Me: Louisssss
Louis: What toke you so long?
Me: I was speaking to the new neighbours
Louis: was you know...
Me: Yeah theres a girl named Jodie who is starting at our school and she's going to knock the door in a bit to get to know us :)
Louis: Oh cool :)
Me: Yeah, know you going to let me have a go on that or what?
Jodie's POV: I unpacked the boxes that i had left and my room was done! We decorated it and everything before we moved in so it was all good. It was a darkish purple with a light blue line all the way around and a dark blue line underneath going around the room. It looked really good.
I got changed in to somthing else and went and knocked next doors door.
Katie's POV: Me and louis were noshing xbox when we heard a knock at the door.
Me: That will be Jodie
Louis: Just tell her to come up
Me: Ok
I went downstairs and answered the door.
Me: Hey
Jodie: Hey
Me: Come in.
Jodie: Ok
Jodie followed me up the stairs and in to Louis' room
Louis' POV: Katie came round a bit late and it turned out she had made friends with the new neighbours and invited the girl that lives next door around. She walked through my bedroom door and she looked pretty hot but i was taken.
Me: Hey i'm Louis
Jodie: Hey im Jodie nice to meet you, so i take it were now neighbours haha
Me: Yeah :) shall we go meet the others katie?
Katie: Yeah i'll text the girls and you text the boys.
Me: Ok :)
Jodie sat there a little bit confused but we were soon gone out of the house and on the way to milkshake city.
Jodie's POV: I was really nervous, i'm not good at making friends but this seemed pretty easy. Louis and Katie were really nice i was just wondering what the others would be like. We walked to this place called milkshake city i had never heard of it before. We sat down and waited for the others to come in and then he walked in...
