Well um yea

It was after school and Brandy asked me if she could hang out with me at my house. it took some thinking but I agreed, we were now heading to my car when a voice like knives spoke "Um Brandy what are you doing?" Veronica asked her possie behind her and her eyes sending daggers at me "oh I'm going to hang out at my friend Angels house...not that it's any of your business" she bit at her. okay ouch "um with her?" she asked skeptically pointing at me with her manicured nail "yes and 'her' name is Angel" she said looping arms with me "oh well whatever if you want to commit social suicide by hanging out with her go right ahead!" she bit angrily okay so yeah that hurt "she's not 'social suicide' and even if she was I'd rather have her as a real friend than 100 fake friends any day" she said confidentially "what would Chad say?" She asked smirking as Brandy's face went pail i knew why too since Joey left Chad has been the most popular guy here and he loves popularity and wouldnt be caught dead talking to a nobody like me imagine what he would do if he found out his girlfriend was even associating with me "what would I say about what?" the voice came from behind us as we turned seeing both Chad and Joey "oh chad your dear beloved girlfriend is choosing to hang out with the biggest geek in our school Angel Rose" Veronica spat admiring her nails I looked at him then to Joey and saw exactly what I didn't want to see, recognization "Angel?" his voice questioned looking at me "come on Veronica Angel seems cool" Chad reasoned and I smiled wow wasnt expecting that "so I don't mind babe" he said planting a kiss on Brandy's cheek as she smiled and hugged him "see Veronica?" She bit confidentially "yeah and hey maybe me and Chad can hang out with you guys" Joey cheered his eyes never leaving mine before I could speak Brandy beat me to it "sure come on! Angel wont mind!" she squealed grabbing Chads arm and pulling him to my car I sighed and followed with Joey right behind me.

Once we got to my house I walked in with everyone behind me "mom I'm home!" I yelled hearing footsteps run down the stairs "hey Maddi" I said hugging my 8 year old sister "oh my god is that Jo Jo?" she squealed seeing Joey and once he saw her he bent down to her level "Yes it is so are you gonna give me a hug?" He laughed she let go of me and tackled him in a hug right as my mom walked in "look mommy Jo Jo's back!" she chirped now on his shoulders "well I can't believe it Joey Dawn it's been forever since I've seen you! 2 years to be exact" she said walking over and engulfing him in a hug I can't believe he's letting Chad and Brandy see that he knows me "you two?.." Chad asked pointing between me and Joey "yeah we were- "friends...good friends" I interrupted Joey "no don't even play that card Angel you two were sucking each others faces off every time I got home from work" my mom scolded me for lying welp looks like the secrets out i stood there feeling verry embarrassed that those word just came out of my moms mouth "what happened between you two by the way?" she asked us I looked at Joey then to Chad and Brandy who looked like they were about to pass out in shock "I made a big mistake" Joey told my mom then locked eyes with me, okay that did it "um excuse me for a moment guys" I took off upstairs to the bathroom and slammed the door and started squalling then I heard a knock "um be out in a minute" I said in between sniffles the door opened and Brandy walked in closing the door behind her "aw boo come here!" she said with a sad smile and her arms open. i leaned in accepting her hug and continued to bawl "shh it's okay tell me what happened" she pleaded and I explained and when I was done she was fuming "what?! my sister is such a bi- "shh my mom will hear you" I shushed her knowing my mom would hear what word she was about to say "oh sorry" she said "its okay" I replied "no it's not she shouldn't have done that and neither should he" she fumed "whatever I've moved on" I lied as she smiled a sympathetic smile "Angel Hun get down here and take Chad and Joey home please!" my mom yelled "please come with?" I asked Brandy "of course!" she chirped. we walked downstairs as if nothing happened and piled into the car again.
