Coyote Attack- Part 2
Its a year later Young Buck and I are grazing in field with our 2 fawns Bambi,Chloe. Bambi and Chloe were born about 3 weeks ago. We tried to explain to them how important it is to stay close by us but they are too young to understand. Unfortunately one day they will know to listen to us from experience. We together hope that the day does not come soon. After grazing we are thinking about bringing Bambi,Chloe to a safer place higher in the mountains. On our journey to the higher part of the mountain we spot a pack of coyotes and the next thing we know is they weren't paying any attention to us and we try to sneak away but Bambi starts charging towards the pack of coyotes, the coyotes start to attack Bambi the first thing I saw was Young Buck running so fast toward the coyotes. Suddenly they all attack Young Buck, he runs aways so fast that he starts to collapse as I run towards him I see Bambi collapse behind be so I go back to Chloe and tell her to follow me on the way we spot a cave so we welcome ourselves in and sleep for the night. the next morning I wake her up and I say 6 very specials words to her those words are YOU WILL BE SAFE WITH ME!. I start running out of the cave I try to find more deer that can help us. As soon as I find more deer I remember what season it is as I’m thinking it comes to me…. it's DEER SEASON I say with all my strength so loud about 35 acres of woods and meadow goes silent. The next morning Chloe and I took a walk to our family’s favorite place the Sunset meadow. While we are there I see Bambi behind a big log down and I notice he was trying to get up and come to me but he for what i could see was stuck. Behind Bambi I see Young Buck laying there like he was dead. Chloe asked me “what’s wrong with daddy” I said “honey he’s just sleeping” As Chloe walks over to Bambi she sees Young Buck laying there as still as a rock.
