It hurt me to watch him hurt, but there was nothing I could do anymore. Not at this point; he was on his own. Tears were streaming down his face and all I could do was stand frozen in shock. Blood was everywhere around him and on him. His hands, his clothes, the floor around him and the gun in his hand.
"I'm sorry" he sobbed "I love you, Kali"
I shook my head side to side and it only made him sob more. I don't see how I could love him anymore, but I did. He started pounding his hands onto his head and I took a step forward to grab him and hug him, but he pointed the gun at me. He was furious and I don't know why.
"You're such a liar," He was screaming "you never loved me! All of this is your fault"
I felt the tears escaping my eyes and I took another step towards him. "Don't you even dare!" He exclaimed" and I fell to my knees along with him.
"I love you, Ryder. I really do, but there is something you need to know" It was hard to even understand myself with how bad my voice was shaking.
"I can't do this" he whispered and started raising the gun.
