(Camila's P.O.V.)
I walked in Mrs. Henderson's class, quietly, as usual, and sat down in the middle row, right in the middle of Janice and Lauren...
Oh, Lauren...the most beautiful, gorgeous, cutest and rudest person in the entire school.
I mean, I know she must have some type of problem at home, to be so rude to me...now that I think about it, she's only ever mean to me.
Did I do something to hurt her? Usually I avoid her, except when she shoves me against the wall and does her usual lecture about me, about how I am worthless, undeserving and stupid.
If only I knew why she hated me so much...
My thoughts were interrupted when Lauren entered the classroom. My nerves were tingling, both excited and scared.
She casually walked by and sat on the left side, opposite of me, completely ignoring my presence, until I accidentally dropped my pencil, staring at her.
She looked me in the eyes, with something I've never seen before and opened her mouth, as if she was going to say something, but changed her mind at last minute and looked down at her books.
I gulped nervously and bent down to the ground, right next to Lauren's foot and picked up my pencil.
I felt uncomfortable underneath Lauren's gaze, as she was eyeing me...
Does Lauren...no - that's impossible.
I quickly pulled myself up, right as Mrs. Henderson walked in, greeted the class, and began teaching.
The entire hour, I swear Lauren wouldn't stop staring at me. Every time I'd glance her way, she would blush and quickly start writing random stuff down in her journal.
Its not like I didn't watch the lesson either, she was just so...perfect. But I doubt she even likes girls, especially me.
The bell rang. Finally, I get to go home!
"Miss. Lauren, I would like you to come here please, along with you, Camila." Mrs. Henderson said sternly.
I quickly grabbed my things and walked to Mrs. Henderson's desk as everyone else, except for Lauren and I, left the room.
I gulped nervously underneath the tension, "Did I do something wrong, Mrs. Henderson?" I said nervously.
She laughed lightly and looked at Lauren, "No, Miss. Camila, actually I would like you to tutor Miss. Lauren here!" She said smiling.
Lauren's color drained out of her face, and she looked like she was going to faint.
"What?!Why?!" She asked nervously, and in disbelief.
"Yeah, why? I'm pretty sure she's good at math." I said pointing to Lauren.
Mrs. Henderson, shoved aside our outbursts and cleared her throat calmly.
"Because Miss. Lauren, you have F's in this class, and many others, and Camila here, is a straight A student. She would be a wonderful tutor for you." She said miraculously calm.
"Whatever..." she said slightly smiling.
I nodded slowly and began walking out of class with Lauren following close behind.
I cleared my throat, "So do you wanna study at my p-place or y-yours?" I asked quietly.
She sighed clearly annoyed, "Your's I guess...but if you keep stuttering like that you can forget me paying you." She said sternly.
I nodded quickly.
"Good." She said.
Oh boy...what did I get myself into?
Hi guys! This is my first book, and I know the chapter is a little short but I promise It's only like this in the first few chapters, and the ones after that will be longer.
