When they had put the kids to bed and Abby returned to her room Clarke and Lexa got ready for bed. "So you're travel was unsuccessful?" She asked and got in the bed in her nightgown. Lexa nodded. "Yes and we had to cut The travel short... But we need to know more about their plans" she seated on The floor and tried to communicate with The previous commanders. "So what happened with Adens dad?" Clarke asked and watched her with a smile. Lexa got up, apparently not in The mood to communicate with The former commanders, and seated by Clarke. "You mean his caretaker? His father sent him away to be trained by this warrior long ago" Clatke nodded. "Yeah that's what I ment" Lexa examined her face. "He Was unfit" she said in a voice that ment The discussion Was over. "Come into bed Leksa" Clarke smiled and Held up The furs and Lexa smiled and crawled in next to her. "You're a great mom" she Said asuringly and kissed her cheek. "You too Klark" Lexa Said and wrapped her arms around her. Clarke scooted closer to her so their faces Was almost toutching. "Goodnight nomon*" she smiled and kissed her cheek before falling asleep.

Next morning Clarke woke up alone and heard noises from their dining room. She put on her robe and walked in, And there where Lexa snd Abby and The kids, having breakfast, laughing and talking. "Why didn't you wake me up?" She asked Lexa abd seated next to her and Aden. "You seemed so peaceful and beautiful" Lexa Said and Clarke melted inside and smiled, taking some food. "I've always wanted little brothers or sisters I'm going to learn them how to fight and everything" Aden grinned and fed Anya with some baby food. "I bet" Clarke smiled. "So... Clarke Can I Have a Word with you in private?" Lexa asked. Clarke noticed Abby grinning at them and nodded suspiciously and Lexa took her into The throne room. Clarke chuckled when she saw the million Of candles, placed everywhere that had The place. Clarke chuckled and turned around. "this is lot Of candles" she Said. "What is all this for?" She asked and Lexa looked at her tenderly. "It's all for you" she Said and took her hands before she kneeled. "About a year ago in this room I swore My fealty to you, remember?" She asked, standing like she had at The time on her knees. "Of course I do" Clarke smiled. "Well today I want to promise you something else" Clarke nodded. "Okay..." She Said wondering where this Was going. "I promise to always take care Of you and Love you, to always keep you safe and act in honor to you. I promise you My life and My future and I give you My pride, if you..." She took a shaky breath. "If you'd make me a promise to last for an eternity" she took a thin golden ring from her pocket and Clarkes eyes widened. "Will you marry me and accept my vow?" Lexa asked nervously. Clarke took her hands and pulled her up and kissed her, wrapping her arms around her. "Is that a yes?" Lexa wondered. Clarke chuckled, tears of joy falling down her cheeks. "Yes you idiot!" She said and kissed her again. Lexa kissed her back before putting The ring on Clarkes finger. Clarke hugged her and took her hand. "Congratulations!" Abby Said coming in with The kids. "Did you know about this"? Clarke asked, ruffling Adens hair. Abby chuckled. "I helped light all The candles. It took forever but Lexa insisted on having alot Of candles" CLarke smirked at Lexa. "Why yes you cant do it without candles" she teased and kissed jer cheek. Titus walked into The room. "Congratulations heda, wanheda" Lexa gave him a look and he sighed. "Hedatu" he looked at Clarke Who nodded. "The announcement and festivities are held tonight" he said and walked out. "Festivities?" Clarke asked Lexa with a smile. "We're celebrating" Lexa smiled.

"I really don't need a special dress for tonight" Clarke said when a seamstress was fixing the hem on her new dress made especially for this occasion. "I'm more comphertable in pants really... And I'm betting you aren't wearing a dress?" Lexa chuckled, standing across the room and watched her. "Well I'm Heda" she said. Clarke rolled her eyes. "So when do I get to see what you are wearing?" She asked. Lexa told The other hand maiden to prepare her outfit. Clarkes dress Was light pink, so faded it almost looked silver and créme. It had a soft padding under so she wouldn't be cold but The Peter layer Was very thin. It had long sleeves and sat tightly on her. "And why does My dress Have to be pink? She asked and Lexa chuckled. "Because you're My skaiprisa" she said. "Well Now I'm you're houmon*" she said and Lexa smiled. "Soon, yes" the hand maiden came in and started fixing Lexas outfit. "I will get to decide my dress for the wedding yes?" Clarke asked and Lexa nodded. "Will you wear a dress on The wedding?" Clarke asked. "If you want me to" Lexa nodded. Clarke watched Lexa in The outfit she Was wearing Tonight. It Was a dark robe, long sleeved abd reaching to her feet. It sat tightly and there Was some metal rings keeping it closed, laced around her stomach tightly. She Was wearing pants under but they where barely visitable. "You look great" she smiled. The Maid started working on Lexas curly hair, making tiny braids and sneaking in small flowers in it. Clarkes hand maiden did something similar with Clarkes hair. "No you look great" she waved away The handmaidens when they finished. Clarke grinned and wrapped An arm around her and kissed her. "They are Waiting" Titus Said through The door abd Clarke rolled her eyes. Buzzkill. "Ready?" She asked Lexa who nodded and took her arm in hers. They walked out from the tower into the courtyard where hundreds of people where cheering. Clarke stood there, first a bit awkward then smiled at Lexa. She was just about to say something when she saw a movement and a glimpse of metal. The movement was so swift no one else saw it, but Clarke grabbed Lexas arm and pushed her towards her, away from the blade. Her new body guard who stood behind Lexa missed her by just an inch. Lexa acted quickly, turning around and drawing one of her blades. She met his second attack and then span to stand behind him, putting her own blade at his throat. By now her other guards ran up and the man, her lifeguard, was strapped up by a pole. Lexa looked at Clarke, with a look who apologized for what was about to happen. "It's okay, I know it has to be done" she said. She signaled for her mom to take in the kids and looked at Lexa. If she hadn't turned to her things could have ended really badly, and she felt her heart hammering. The hundred stabs began and Clarke and Lexa looked at each other. After a while Lexa pulled a dagger from her leg. "You're hedatu" she said and Clarke accepted. She looked down as she walked up to the man but met his state when she reached him. He tried o hurt Lexa. He deserves it, she thought, but she still felt aweful as she made a cut over his chest. She looked down as Lexa did the final cut with her sword. A few guards carried him away and Clarke smiled at Lexa. "I'm sorry" Lexa Said, Even though she shouldnt apologize over their ways. "Don't be. Better him then you" she Said and looked towards The Gates to see her mom there. "Heda" Titus approached them. "Not Now!" Lexa Said in a demanding tone. "The package had arrived" he Said. "Should I..." Lexs interrupted him. "I Will take care Of It" she Said and he walked away. "What package?" Clarke wondered and Lexa smiled. "I Have a present for you" she Said and led her to The city Gates. Clarke followed her curiously and when she saw a girl talk to someone at The gate she grinned. "Raven?" She ran up to her friend and hugged her tightly. "What are you doing here?" She asked surprised. Raven chuckled and squeezed her back. "Lexa arranged it" she said. "Apparently you're getting hitched?" Clarke nodded as they parted. "Lexa asked this morning. How are you tell me everything that's been going on how is everybody?" She asked. Raven chuckled. "Calm down Griffin I have plenty of time to talk" she said. "Well I'm Fine, like always" she chuckled. "I'm..." She looked down. "I took over Sinclairs business and I even got his spot on the council. Everybody's fine... " Clarke nodded. "How is Octavia?" She asked and bit her lip. Ever since she lost Lincoln she had been completely destroyed, and who could blame her. Clarke looked over at Lexa, imagining how it would be if she lost Lexa. She couldn't even think about it. "O... She's still a mess, no surprise there. She's a bit better though she doesn't seem... So catatonic anymore" Raven got something sad in her eyes. "She's still devastated of course, absolutely heartbroken" she said and glanced at Clarke. "Eh... We're sort of... Together" Clarke raised a brow. "You and Octavia? How did that happen? If she's..." She stopped talking. "We're all messes, I guess. I don't know it just happened one night and... We make each other feel a bit better, I think" she nodded. "She sends her love by the way" she said. Clarke nodded. "She must hate me. You should too... I mean" raven interrupted her. "Shut up Griffin. She doesn't blame you and everybody knows we'd be dead without you. I think it's just to hard for her to go here" Clarke smiled and nodded. "Well come on, you have to meet my kids" Ravens eyes widened. "Whos kids?" She asked a bit loud. "I asume Lexa didn't mention that" she blushed. "It's... Ours. Mine and Lexas. We adopted two girls and Aden, who's a nightblood" she said, seing Raven who still looked chocked beyond words. "You didn't feel like it would be smart to start of with one? Damn you move fast" she said and glanced at Lexa. "It's not like that they lost their parents. And... I know Lexa isn't you're favorite person but I hope you're happy for me, and if you can I'd love for you to be at the wedding" she said. "You know I will" Raven nodded. "Is this your friend from the skai kru?" Aden asked, suddenly standing behind Clarke. "Hey Aden. Yeah this is Raven. Raven this is Aden" raven smiled. "Hey kiddo" she said and Aden frowned. "Yeah he could shop you to pieces in a second so you shouldn't call him kiddo" Clarke said, covering Adens ears. "Klark I can hear you. And I wouldn't hurt your friend" he said with a smile and Clarke grinned. "Lexa sent me to say that the food is being sent out and she knows you are hungry" he said and took off. "Is that the adoptive boy?" Raven asked and Clarke nodded. "He could so not chop me to pieces" she said and Clarkw chuckled. "You should see their practise" she walked up to Lexa with her. "Wanna eat?" She asked and Lexa nodded and looked at Raven. "Sup?" Raven asked awkwardly and Lexa looked at Clarke not understanding. Clarke chuckled. "Let's get some food" she said and filled a plate from the buffe. "Raven!" Abby walked up to them and gave Raven a light hug. "I didn't know you where coming" she smiled, carying Anya and Alexia walked next to her. "Surprise" raven smirked. "Is this the daughters?" She asked, not really good with kids. "They're cute" she said and filled her mouth with food and Clarke grinned. "This is Alexia and Anya" she said and gave Alexia a hug. "Cool names. I especially dig Anya" she said when she swallowed. "She's named after someone very close to me" Lexa said and smiled at Lexa. "You've seen her Raven, on the bridge when we wanted to negotiate about peace" she said and thought back. "Oh yeah she was smokin'" Raven said and ate. "Smokin'?" Lexa asked confused. "Beautiful" Clarke said and Raven rolled her eyes. "She was" Lexa nodded and accepted Anya from Abby. "So what happened before?" Abby asked. "With you're lifeguard?" Raven looked between them. "Did I miss something juicy?" She asked. "It was taken care off" Clarke said with a tone to end the call but both Abby and Raven had more questions. "How do you do that tone when I can't?" She asked Lexa who smirked. "You have to sound demanding. No one does that better then heda" she said. "I'm hedatu, I can be commanding" Clarke said and Lexa smiled.

But another part will come out within two weeks (cross my heart, swear to die) I hoped you liked this I had a tough time deciding if I was going to do the Octaven thing or not...
