Mika's POV
I knocked on the door and it slid open revealing the teacher. He looked at me and seemed to remember something. 'Why didn't I join at the beginning of the year' I sigh when she starts talking to the class.
"I almost forgot everyone. We have a new student today" he said. I walked in and saw that blonde guy again. The boys were blushing and the girls had stars in their eyes which kind of freaked me out. I looked at them and they waited for me to say something. I took and deep breath and was able to get something out.
"Hi, I'm Amaterasu Mika. Pleasure to meet you" I said trying to sound normal since I was European. I heard this one group of girls laughing. I was ready to start crying on the spot but I didn't want to seem uncool.
"Saaya, I like for you and your friends to not make fun of Mika-chan" he said. I went to sit in my seat and I knew this would the worst year of my life.
After class
I heard people talking about me and how weird my accent is. I asked the teacher if I could go to the bathroom to cry my heart out. I didn't really say the last part. I walked slowly to the bathroom a shadow covering my face. I took out my phone and called my mom.
"Hello?" she said
"Mom.. can a limo pick me up after school..." I said quietly.
"Sure honey, but whats wrong? You seem depressed." she asked worried. Then slowly a tear ran down my face.
"People are talking about me and saying how weird my accent is!" I almost yelled over the phone.
"Awww honey, I will see if the limo can pick of Niomi too so you guys can talk about it because I have to get back too work. Sorry honey" she said sadly.
"Its fine and thank you Mom..." I said.
"Bye" and I hung up. I quickly washed my face so people wouldn't see that I was crying. I walked back to class and sat in my seat and waited for lunch.
Lunch Time!
I grabbed my bento and the teacher told me to go visit the guardians so I did that. I was told to look for a big green house kind of build. Once I found it, I stared in awe. 'WHY IS IT SO BIG JUST FOR A COUPLE A STUDENTS?!!' I screamed in my head. I opened the glass door and walked inside. I saw 5 kids about my age. Once again I saw the blonde haired guy. 'WHY IS HE EVERYWHERE I AM' once again screaming in my head. The first one to spot me was a pink haired girl I saw walking to school.
"Hello?" she asked and all the other kids looked at me which made me very nervous. I walked closer to them and introduced myself.
"Hello, my name is Amaterasu Mika. Pleasure to meet you" I said calmly.
"I was told to come here by the teacher to introduce myself" I stare at them which kind of freaks the smallest one that looks like she is in 4th grade. I start fiddling with my fingers waiting for an answer.
"Tadase-kun, are we going to introduce each other or just stare" the pink one says giggling. He snaps out of it and coughs.
"Kings chair, Hotori Tadase"
"Queens chair, Mashiro Rima"
"Jacks chair, Fujisaki Nagihiko"
"Ace chair, Yaya Yuiki"
"Jokers chair, Hinamori Amu" I nodded and waved which seems like they weren't expecting me to leave so suddenly. Then I heard a whisper which sounded like Amu.
"Isn't she in our class?" she asked."Yeah.." he said.
"She sounded like she had an accent, its kinda sounds weird" I knew that was Rima. That was the breaking point for me.
"STOP TALKING BAD ABOUT MY ACCENT, ITS NOT MY FAULT I WASNT BORN HERE LIKE YOU RUDE PEOPLE WERE!!" I screamed and tears slowly falling down my face. They seem shocked expect Rima who didn't even flinch. I ran out crying like a little baby. I didn't care though since they really hurt me. I know Amu and Tadase thought it was weird by just talking about different things. I still had 10 minutes of lunch left so I ate which took me 4 minutes, so I decided to go to the music room. I wanted to sing since to just be around music helps me. I grabbed a guitar and started playing.
Once I finished, I put the guitar down and walked out the room still feeling down. I sat down and saw a note on my desk.
'Your accent is terrible, you don't deserve to be here' I bit my lip to help me calm down. In the corner of my eye I saw Saaya glaring at me, then I knew she put it on my desk. Her handwriting is the same I saw on a piece of paper she was writing on. I stood put and chair slid behind me and hit the desk behind me. I glared at her and she flinched. I walked over to her.
"Say it to my face" she coughed and fiddled her fingers.
"You accent is terrible, you don't deserve to be here!!" She yelled at me. People stared at her and whispered.
"Wow, I never knew Saaya-sama could be so rude to a new girl. It hasn't been like this since Amu-chan got here" they whispered. I walked back to my desk in pain that someone could be so rude like that. I pulled out my phone and called my secret weapon.
