how it began (part 2)

The crackle of the fire was so clear and calming...the red and orange flame lit up the night sky as a calm breeze swept through my hair..I took a deep breath in and looked up at the starry night sky..The man who saved me was sitting on a brown soft log with a damp smell to it, he looked at the woods avoiding eye contact with me. The man " You know the woods are beautiful tonight", yes I know they look very mystical I said. May I ask what is your name? I asked, the man said, "hmm..well I guess my name is Joshua and what might your name be"? My name is Scarlet I said. Me: so Joshua why did you save me back there? Joshua: Well I know what it was like in that village of yours...Me: what!? How!? Joshua said, I used to live there and I'm surprised they never tried to kill you there..I just wonder why... Me: huh?! Well I don't know what to say I was living there my whole life...Joshua: huh?! Really I would have never have thought they would keep anyone alive for long there?! Me: huh..umm well I think we should get some sleep now...(he nods in agreement). I laid down on the ground that was a bit damp with grass that waved in a way that was a small, cooling breeze by my face.  I looked up at the sky and saw a star that shined so bright...it was as bright as the sun I thought I always saw. I looked at Joshua and he was already asleep...it made me feel so relaxed to know that if someone could sleep I might be able to sleep as well. The breeze blew my hair into my cold face,while my eyes started to close a rustling sound woke me up grime a bush. I looked around and shook Joshua talking loudly telling him to wake up. He would not awaken do I looked at the bushes and peeked from it only to see a wyvern behind the bush. It was a pretty gold color with black spots and blue eyes that glimmered in the moonlight. What a majestic sight...
