Chapter 4 - Ari's Back?!

Lonely with my Phone. I have no one to chat to. Ari isn't available. I can't even hangout with Yoshi, because he is hanging out with Nori. Maybe I should just go and visit Uncle.

(Uncle's House)

Wonder if he's home.

[DING DONG!]

The door opened. Uncle appeared.

My Uncle smiled, "Uki! Glad to see you again."

"Nice to see you too, Uncle!"

We sat on the couch.

"So what made you come here?"

I smirk, "Just bored..."

(Next Day - School)

At lunch, I am sitting by myself.  This is the worst. I lost all my friends. 

"Can I sit here?" A girl came. Just like what Ari did, but don't tell me I become friends with this girl and then she leaves me AGAIN!

I smiled, "Sure!" She seems pretty nice. 

She exclaimed, "Aren't you Uki?!"

How'd she know me? How'd she know me? HOW!? I nodded. If she was in my class I bet she also knows about Potato "Ugly" Girl.

"How'd you know... me?"

"You! You're!" She's so hyped. "You're from my class!"

I fake smiled, "Cool... What's your name? I ask."

She talked while eating Sushi, "Iena, call me Ari."

HER NAME IS ARI?! Did she just change her name or something? Did she lie? No, her name is not. There is no way. There's just no way her name is Ari.

I spoke confused, "Ari??"

"Ye. My nick-name is Ari. Isn't that cool?"

I faked laugh, "Sure, well... I have a friend named Ari but she left the school. So... I wouldn't want to call you Ari, if that's fine."

She was shocked, "Woah, really? FINE. You can call me Serina . Even though my name is Iena, I just like to be called Serina and Ari."

Everytime she says her nick-name, Ari, it triggers me in the inside. I don't even know why. It just confuses me a lot. Anyways, Serina is a pretty nick-name, huh? 

I smiled, not fake this time, "Wow. I love that nick-name. Anyways, Would you like to be friends?"

"Of course," She giggled. "Nice to meet you, Uki!"

I EARNED A FRIEND!

She suddenly spoke, "Do you want to know something?"

"Sure."

She blushes and giggles, "There's a new boy coming in our class!"

(In Class)

Serina and I came to class at the same time, laughing and giggling. Talking about Aeko.

"Welcome back , POTATO UGLY GIRL!" Aeko screamed in my ear. THAT. BURNS. MY. EAR.

Serina stood up for me! " Aeko. From now, please Stop bugging her."

Aeko sticks her toungue out, "Nope." She ran back to her seat. This is frustrating! 

In class this is the layout. Nataru and Hishi talking to each other. Well, Hishi is flirting. Nataru is nodding and shooking his head without replying. I bet Hishi is boring! That's funny. I sat on my seat staring at Nataru and Hishi. They're Lovey-Dovey. I also stared Yoshi and Nori. I compared Hishi and Nori. Nori is better. Nataru and Yoshi. I don't even know. For a minute I went to the washroom with Serina. We were just kind of skipping class for 5 minutes, just talking in the washroom. When we came back... I. AM. SPEECHLESS. 

I fainted.

(School Nurse Room / Infirmary)

The first thing I saw in-front of me was Serina, and then Stupid Nataru. Why does it have to be two to take care of me.

"Are you okay?" Serina asks.

"Yes, but why is--"

Nataru walked away,  "I'll go ahead first." Did he already knew what I was going to say?

"Why does everyone have to be mean?" I covered with my blanket. "I hope I wasn't in this school then life would be even better." I cried with tears. 

Serina pats me, "It's okay. It's okay."

I stood up quickly, "I'm fine now. Let's go back to class."

Serina ran, "Are you sure?"

(Classroom)

I went to my seat without talking and I quickly napped on my desk, facing Nataru but not sleeping.

Nataru stared at me. Then I blush and looked the other side.

Hishi started to talk angrily, "Why are you worried about her? She's fine."

Totally this girl is my 'total' rival. SHE'S MEAN!

(End of the Day)

"See you tomorrow, Uki!"

"Bye," I replied.

At the door way Yoshi and Nori are with each other. I don't know what's going on with them but I'd like to stalk them for a sec.

"Yoshi, I'll meet you tomorrow," she smiled. Woah, is she going to confess to Yoshi or something? Now that's school life romance. I wonder where.

One Yoshi left, I pretend to not know anything and just talked to Nori normally.

"Erhm. Your name is Nori right?"

She got shocked, "Oh hey, Uki. What's up?"

"Would you like to hangout tomorrow after school?"

She replied, "I'm so sorry. I'm going to a cafe with Yoshi tomorrow."

I fake smiled, "Oh really? Do you like him?"

"Eh?" she blushed. 

"Oh wait I was suppose to ask that to someone else. Anyways, sorry for interrupting!"

I walked away. Wow, I was acting pretty weird. I don't want to come to the cafe and I change my mind on spying.  I sat on the bench and a girl came. It was Hishi.

She made a face, "Hello there, Potato."

"Don't call me Potato."

She giggled evilly, "But you really are a Potato! You even are ugly."

I tried to ran away but she grabbed my backpack so I fell. She stepped on me.

"Having fun?" she giggled again. I stood up and I was about to slap her, but Nataru stopped my hand. I looked very shock. Why did he stop me?

"What are you trying to do?"

Hishi sticks her tongue out. I ran away without answering. So, Nataru likes a BAD GIRL AFTER ALL! What a happy ending. Wow, what a happy ending. Suddenly, I looked back and bumped on someone. 

"I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!' I knelt down. "Please forgive me."

The guy smiled, "It's okay!" He gave me a hand. "Are you okay?"

"Um.. I don't know." I suddenly cried.

"I have water. Have a drink."

"Thank you. What's your name?"

He answered, "You can call me Koju. I'm new in this school and tomorrow I'm going to be in Class D, I guess."

I excitedly said, "I'm fro--" I choked. "Sorry. I am from that class! My name is Uki. Please take care of me." I bowed.

"Nice to meet you! Please take care of me too." He gave me a huge smile.
