My Girlfriend And My Daughter

Chapter 2

Cameron POV
I was with Matt, Nash and Carter and we were working on a youtube video idea. My phone dinged notifying i had a text. I ignored it for a little bit. I started yelling out ideas for the video and soon we decided what to do. I grabbed my phone and checked the message. It was from Carson my ex girlfriend. I opened the message.

Carson: we need to talk pronto

Uh oh. What did i do i didn't talk to her for what 2 years? I answered ok.

Carson: if your in California we can meet at Starbucks

Me: Cant we talk about this over the phone?

Carson: no, this needs to be done face to face

Me: ok... Hows tomorrow at 12?

Carson: sounds great ill see you then

"Who was that Cam?" Nash asked

"My ex girlfriend she needs to talk to me about something its probably nothing" i said

"Wow let's get this video started" Matt said

~Tomorrow at 11:45 am~

Cameron POV

I asked Matt to come with me to see her i didn't want to go alone. We were ordering a drink i asked Carson what she wanted to drink and i got her a peppermint mocha frap with java chips. Soon i saw her car drive up. Matt and i sat down at a booth and waited. Then she walked in. She looked pretty today as usual. She always made sure she looked good no matter where she was going or who she was with. She soon walked up to us and i stood up and hugged her.

"Hey Carso- who's that?" i asked pointing at the little girl

"Hi Mister!" the little girl said

"Hi?" i said

"This is Mia Ann" Carson said and i couldnt believe it. this is my daughter.

"Mia Ann?" i asked looking at Carson

"Yes" Carson answered

"Hi what's your name?" Mia asked and it kind of hurt. Carson didn't tell her about me being her dad?

"Cameron" i answered smiling getting down on my knees

"Hi Mister Cameron" Mia said and reaching out her hair and i shook her little baby hand. 

"Cameron can i talk to you for a second, alone?" Carson asked

"Yeah sure, Matt can you watch Mia?" i asked

"What? oh yeah sure" Matt said and i looked at him and he was staring at Carson. i felt anger when he did that, wait why? she's my ex girlfriend, and the mother of my child but i shouldn't be feeling jealous.

"Cameron I'm sorry i didn't tell you about her but when i did try to you would never answer your phone" Carson said

"Why doesn't she know about me?" i asked

"You left me alone and pregnant Cameron, I'm not going to show her a picture of you saying 'Oh look here is your daddy he left when i was pregnant with you and will never know about you he's so amazing!' yeah not telling a 2 year old that!" Carson whisper yelled at me

"Carson i was 17 i wasn't ready to be a father" i said

"And you think i wanted a child at 15?? no i didn't!" she said and i looked down at my toes and she sighed

"I'm sorry Carson i have been so busy lately with the MAGCON thing i didn't take any time off for anyone" i said

"She needs a father Cameron, i tried dating but no one wants a single 17 year old mom" Carson said

"She doesn't know me Carson" i said

"But she asked about you last night! she's a carbon copy of you. her thick brown hair her tan skin her smile her personality the only thing she has from me is my eyes! she's a little you Cameron" she said and i smiled at Mia playing with Matt. 

"You want to try dating again?" i asked looking at her. her eyes became huge

"What?" she asked

"Do you want to try dating again? i mean she needs a father why not let it be her own father?" I asked

"I-I think that will be ok" she said. i smiled

"Can i tell her I'm her dad now?" i said

"Yes" Carson said we walked over to Mia and she looked at us and smiled

"Is this my uncle Matt because he says he is"  Mia said and i laughed

"She knows a lot for a 2 year old" Matt said

"Yeah she's really smart" Carson said

"Um Mia do you want to go to the park?" i asked

"Oh mommy can i go to the park pwease??" she begged Carson

"Sure" She said and Mia threw her arms up in excitement. i chuckled at her. Carson picked her up and we all walked out me and Matt beside each other.

"Who is that?" Matt asked

"My new girlfriend" i said

"But her kid?" Matt asked

"You mean my daughter?" i asked and he looked at me

"That's your daughter?? Holy shit she does look like you!" Matt said and i nodded

"She doesn't know I'm her dad yet though" i said

"What why?" Matt asked

"Carson never told her" i said and he nodded

we soon got to the park and began walking around. i put Mia on the swing and Carson took pictures of us. She was so gorgeous, Mia had Carson's eyes and every time i looked at her and made Mia smile her eyes would get brighter just like how Carson's did when i made her laugh. 

"Um Mia" i said

"Yesssss?" she said and i stopped the swing 

"I need to tell you something very important" i said

"Ok" She said

"I'm Your-"
