Kookie Day

A/N: The timeline might be a little off seeing how the story is taking place around summer at the moment. But I'll do this just for Kookie. I will be making birthday chapters for the boy when its their birthdays.

~Y/N's POV~

We all flop down on the couch from our busy day today, today was Jungkook birthday and we did quiet a lot. We went out on a hike earlier today before going to the beach then coming home. "Jeez, guys I'm tired. Are we going to do anything else tonight?" Hoseok asks.

"I don't know, do we need to do anything else? I would say that our day was eventful. Heck I even climbed up a mountain" Yoongi exclaims.

"Yes, we know that a Yoongi hyung climbing up a mountain is a rare thing" Namjoon states.

The room goes quiet as everyone rests,"We should watch a movie! A scary movie!" Taehyung states. I shake my head at the thought, I can't watch scary movies I will probably be crying as soon as it starts.

"Taehyung ah, it's Jungkooks birthday, so he should pick what he wants to watch, and besides it doesn't look like Y/N agrees with your choice in movie" Jin replies.

All the boys looks over at Jungkook and he shrugs," I'm fine watching a scary movie, but I know we have some scared hyungs in this room."

"So Y/N will you be joining us to watch this movie?" Yoongi asks as he stretches back and leans against the couch. I shrug my shoulders and slowly shake my head.

Jungkook looks at me and pouts," Come on Y/N please?"

I shake my head in disagreement," Why Y/N?" he asks me.

"I can't watch films, I get scared too easily and I will get nightmares from them" I shiver.

"But you will have seven handsome protectors by your side the entire movie" he says," And besides there is still a little bit of light outside."

"Jungkook ah it's almost 8 o clock" Yoongi states.

"Okay fine I lied there is no light outside but please" he pleads.

I look at his pout and I give in," Fine. But if I end up getting nightmares from this movie, I'm going to blame you Jeon Jungkook. I'm only doing this because it's your birthday."

After filming the video we all sat down to watch the scary movie that the boys picked out and I got scared from the movie more than I can count.

Jungkook ended up being victim of who I accidentally hit whenever I got scared, but he did let me use him as a shield whenever a scary part came on. And whenever I started to randomly shake he would pull me into a hug and we would watch the movie. So from now on, Jungkook is my designated scary movie partner. I can't say much for Hoseok though, at times I thought he was more scared than me. And I got scared from mostly all the sounds he made when he got scared, it was like a high pitched scream before he calmed himself down.

I continue to stay in Jungkook's embrace as the movie credits appear on the screen. I feel him lightly squeeze me in his embrace before whispering in my ear," Are you alright Y/N? You seemed to have gotten pretty shaken up."

I nod my head," I'm fine, I think Hoseok scared me more than the movie did though."

Jungkook lets out a soft laugh," I told you we had some scared hyungs in the room. But, I'm happy you're okay."

I feel him softly kiss the top of my head and I can feel my cheeks start to get warm. I look around the room and see some of the boys slowly shifting around. Hoseok left to his room to sleep already seeing how much he was freaking out. Jimin and Taehyung are doing who knows what with each other and all I hear is giggling coming from them. Jin and Namjoon both get up, nod to us, turn off the TV then head to their rooms, then their is Yoongi passed out on the couch.

I pull out my phone to check the time and it's close to 10 already. I sigh as I put my phone away and snuggle closer to Jungkook, and to think I would have never met any of them if I had never hurt my ankle and had Jungkook fall over me.

Jungkook starts to softly sing paper hearts.

~Jungkook's POV~

I hear a soft snore coming from Y/N and I can't help but silently laugh that she fell asleep from me singing,"Y/N? Are you still awake?" I ask.

I feel her shift against me before answering," Hmm, what? Oh yeah, I'm up."

I let out a low chuckle," Was my singing that bad that I put you to sleep?"

"Oh no, it's just that your voice is calming and the song that you were singing had a lot of meaning to it" she yawns.

The song I sang mainly related to her, I'm surprised she never figured it out, but then again she is half awake right now.

I feel her cuddle up against me," Oppa?"

I feel my cheeks start to burn," Ne?"

"Happy birthday..." she says softly.

I don't say anything back in response but hold her closer to me. I couldn't ask for anything more, to go to the amusement park with the hyungs, see some ARMY's, and spend time with Y/N. That is all I could ever ask for.

I gently place a kiss on her cheek and her head," Y/N kamsamnida"
