Angelic Jealousy

Chapter 2

Jace's POV
As I woke up this morning I could hear an unfamiliar voice coming from down the hall and as the swift shadowhunter that I am, I decided to check it out. To my suprise, I walked in on Clary and a new girl chatting and giggling. "Talking about me I suppose." I finally said.
  
"In your dreams Herondale"

"Oh I dream about it all the time Fray." I walked up to my girlfriend and gave her a kiss on the cheek before looking curiously over at the new girl.

"I'm Zoe" confessed the mysterious girl.

"Jace"

"Nice to meet you" replied Zoe.

"Likewise" I said mutually. "Clary, we should really get going. Remember we said we'd meet up with Alec, Izzy and Simon?"

"Oh Yeh sure. I'll see you later Zoe. You are welcome to call me at any time if you need anything. Bye!"

Clary's POV

Once Jace pulled me out of the room, he gave me a hug. "Jace are you okay?"

"Ye why wouldn't I be" he muffled.

"We don't have to meet up with everyone for another hour. Why did you pull me out of the room?"

It's about Simon."

"What the hell did you do Jace, I swear on the angel I will kill-"

"Shut up just let me explain. Simon and Izzy got into a fight and Izzy got annoyed and threw a boot at Simon, which means Simon is now on the floor of Magnus's apartment unconscious with Izzy frustrated by his side, and don't even ask why they were at Magnus's." Jace replied. I  soon took off down the hall to my room to get my things and  soon after I was headed straight for the elevator. "Be careful Clary!"

"No promises!" I shouted in reply.

Jace's POV

I headed back to the library where Zoe had been reading for the past five minutes whilst me and Clary were talking. As I entered the room I noticed how sharp her cheek bones were and how round her lips were. Waw. Her boyfriend must be a lucky guy. UGH STOP I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND. I walked up to her, held out my hand and offered her a tour of the institute. She took my hand gracefully as I helped her up out of the chair. I took het to all the best places of the institute including the greenhouse where Clary and I shared our first kiss and where I gave her her birthday present. I remember that day like it was yesterday. After the tour Zoe confessed to being hungry and so I took her to Taki's.
