I saw him today.
He's working at a gas station.
I recognized him right away.
He hasn't changed that much.
He smiled when he saw me.
Asked me how I have been.
I answered: good, I'm an accountant, and I've just had my first baby.
He looked at me with sad eyes and replied:
You have a baby?
I smiled at him and nodded.
Yeah with my husband, He's turning 3 In a few months.
He nodded, I sighed quietly.
How have you been?
He look up at me, and smiled slightly.
Good... Actually bad I'm divorced at 31, I work here 6 days of the week and... and that me.
I nodded.
I'm sorry
He chuckled awkwardly.
Yeah, me too
I payed for my gas and then left.
It was funny because even though he hasn't changed,
I'm not crazy for him, or thinking about him obsessively.
