I sighed huuuh that was amazing the sex with him was incredible. He was absolutely insatiable which was the best part.

I glanced around I'd just gotten to the lobby an remembered I had gotten here with him. I was about to turn around when a man in a all black suit appeared in the doorway calling my name.

"Ms.Irina he called."

I turned around yes I said raising a brow.

"Mr.Rodgers wanted me to drive you back to the club he said."

"Oh okay I said and walked forward he guided me out to the limo from last night."I sat in silence while we drove. It was weird this was my first one-night stand. Huh I couldn't believe I'd done it. The driver interrupted my thoughts.

"Miss we're here he announced."

I stepped out the car it was new beginnings from here. An boy was that the truth. I walked over to my car hopped in an drove home. When I got there Bryant's car sat in the driveway.

Oh boy was I in for it, I sat in my car for ten minutes. I turned my head when I heard the door to my house open. Bryant stood there arms folded over his chest.

I sighed an opened the car door I made my way to the house slipping past Bryant as I went inside. I discarded my clothes in the hamper when I got to my room. I went to take another shower I bent over the tub turning the water on to what I ordered and twisted the middle knob all the way to the left.

I felt Bryant come up behind me an apparent boner wedging itself between my lips. I stood up straight grimacing at this. "What are you doing I asked turning around facing him." His eyes dropped down to my chest. My nipples had rubbed up against the cold metal of the tub therefore making them hard.

His clammy hand dropped onto my hip stepping closer to me. It seemed.....forced to be honest. I stepped inside the shower at that. Turning into the spray of water I grabbed a towel and a bar of Irish spring. I wet the towel then rubbed the soap against the towel foaming it up.

I swiped it across my body until suds were sliding down my body from an abundant amount. It saddened me to wash Aiden scent from my body. But it had to be done couldn't go walking around with fresh air and chocolate. Especially since it was the day to decide for new partners. I wasn't worried though the competition was good I was excellent. I noticed Bryant was still standing there. I raised an eyebrow grimacing again the suds were trailing down the drain as I stepped into the spray of the water.

"If I had pulled that stunt a couple of months ago you'd have taken the bone I'd thrown you greedily he said icily."

I froze at that he was absolutely right but it hurt to hear him talk about me like that. It hurt to hear he'd deprived me of more affection then a peck on the lips. The anger set in right after that though, how dare he an to think I was feeling guilty. I stayed quiet waiting to see if he had more to say.

"He sneered at me your ugly as hell that's why I never wanted to touch you he said."

"Then why....why be with me I said more hurt than angry."

"He shrugged his shoulders you have a good job an a good background an my parents love you surprisingly which overpowered your looks he said smug."

"What was that a few minutes ago I said tears leaking out my eyes."

"You seemed like you were slipping out my grasp so.... He said letting me complete it."

"I-I-I- I started but he burst out laughing."

"You should've seen your face poo it was hilarious you thought I was serious he said shaking his head. He sighed wash your hair babe it smelt funny an I'll have breakfast for you out on the table he said leaving an still laughing."

It couldn't have been a joke he was to serious it was as if he'd shown his true self. An I'd seen him play jokes he'd never ever in our relationship played a joke like that. An that's how I knew for sure he was sincere when he said those things. But it was mind blowing to think I'd wasted so much time with him. So I washed my hair an got out dried off. I wrapped the towel around me and went into my room to get ready. I pushed aside my problems with Bryant an focused on the good. There was a slim possibility that I could be a partner an that's all I'd ever wanted since I've at the law firm. I sighed an layed out a white pencil skirt an a white blazer an then I went in search of my royal blue silk button up shirt. I grabbed some royal blue boy shorts and a royal blue bra and to top it off some white pumps. I left the room ready to face the storm. I went into the dining room an saw Bryant setting my plate in front of my seat. I went an sat down picking up my utensils to start eating.

It's quite ironic how especially with how it began. See me and Bryant actually met at his restaurant. I had complained  about there not being enough salt on my grilled salmon and asparagus. A freshly grilled salmon and asparagus is what   He came out with in his hand. He had a tiny bowl filled with salt and half a lemon as well. He set it down for me an seasoned it right in front of me. After that we'd been together ever since.

I sighed setting my fork an knife down.

"Bryant we need to talk I said."

He looked up from eating his steak, mushroom, and eggs.

"Yeah wassup he said."

"I think we need to be apart I said looking down at my hardly eaten food."

"I heard him sigh and I looked up his brows were furrowed I don't think that at all. In fact I think this has been a long time coming he said reaching into his back pocket."

He placed a blue box on the table an opened it as he set it down. There sat a emerald cut diamond on a silver band.

"Bryant I- I was interrupted by my alarm to head out to work. We'll talk about this later I said getting up and grabbing my stuff." I was stopped by Bryant who put the box in my bag before walking back to my room.

I rushed out the house and got in the car buckling my seat belt I was off to the law firm. When I got there the office was alive as ever everyone moving around.

"I stopped a Paul from HR what's going on I asked."

"Well the silent partner is coming in for when they pick another partner. He's supposed to be some legend and now he's doing something else the man said."

"What's his name I asked."

"I don't know everyone just found out about him. Well except for the partners of course he said."

I nodded my head an sent him on his way. I walked to my office and went inside. I drew the blinds shut and sat down in my chair. I took the blue box out and opened it. I stared at it for what seemed like forever.  I set it down on my desk and picked up a file out of  the seemingly never ending pile. I read the file and tossed it than I grabbed another. An that's how that went on until it was two o'clock. I got up with a file that seemed promising and walked out an to the board room. I hadn't looked up from it I just murmured my greetings sitting down. I could only assume someone hadn't shown up or they'd have started talking. I really  wasn't so gun ho for the position anymore especially with them bringing in some secret partner. It was a sure fire way to bring in another male. I glanced around to see everyone here except for the mystery partner.I sighed when the board room door opened.

"Mr.Rodgers good to see you shall we get this meeting on a roll Mr.Newman said."

I didn't hear a response nor did I care. I looked up to see Mr.Newman sit down across from me. An Mr.Rodgers took a seat next to me. I didn't look up at him until he cleared his throat. I glanced up and visibly froze were I sat my eyes widening. There sitting next to me was Aiden an all 6  foot 2 of him and he was showing me a mega watt smile.
