DING DONG
I was standing nervously behind my parents and Christina, I didn't want to meet him, I hated him. As soon as I get home I'm going to need to flush out my eyes. The door opened and I couldn't see who answered it, Christina sat still for a second so I knew it was Jacob himself. They all walked in and I walked slowly behind them when I entered Jacob held the door open for me. His eyes went wide and I laughed a little and noticed he began to blush. I walked inside my heels clicking against the tile. I looked around and the decor was amazing and I couldn't help but stand there.
"The dining room is that way." I turned around and saw Jacob grinning, I positioned myself once again and looked at him with a snarl on my face.
"I know that." I walked away from him and heard him chuckle from behind but I pretended not to here. He walked faster to catch up with me when we reached a narrow hallway.
"So what's your name?" I looked at him but kept walking and ignored the question.
"What are your interests?" He continued and I continued to ignore him, I honestly didn't feel like answering.
"where did you move here from?" I stopped in my tracks and turned to look at him.
"My name is Cierra, I like reading and crafts, and I moved here from South Dakota now will you leave me alone?" I snapped at him and I couldn't help but feel bad, he looked so defeated. I walked and finally made it to the dining room where I sat down. The seat across from me was empty and then he took a seat. Of course I had to stare at him the entire time during dinner, just my luck.
"Um, hey Jacob, don't I look great, just think of me as one of the guys." I couldn't help but laugh and then Jacob started laughing with me. Christina growled and slouched in her chair which made me laugh harder. I stopped laughing and noticed Jacob staring at me.
:You have such a pretty laugh, really you do, I admire it." Everyone turned to stare at him, then at me. I blushed a bit and put my head down and noticed Jacob doing the same thing. For the rest of dinner it was just small chat and I kept my head down the entire time. Christina continued to be frustrated and that's how it went.
"Thank you guys for coming, I think Jacob really enjoyed the company." I smiled at the parents and started walking. (n case you were wondering, me and Christina aren't identical, we are fraternal twins, meaning we don't look alike. I was yanked out of my thoughts when my arm was pulled back. It was Jacob, he pulled me towards the backyard and I crossed my arms.
"What do you want?" I looked at him and he scratched the back of his head and looked at me.
"Why don't you like me?" He looked upset and I felt like I rally hurt him just for not liking him.
"Maybe it's because of the fact that you play girls, you try and make sure everyone likes you, and you think that you are perfect. I'm sorry that I'm not a major fangirl but I didn't move here to please or hang out with you. Now I need to go because my sister may kill me if she sees that I'm talking to you."
"Please wait, I don't play girls, I'm not that type of guy, it's that it's hard to trust people because they may want my fame. I don't want everyone to like me and I sure know that not everyone likes me, you are a perfect example. I don't think I'm perfect, I know I'm not, I just got lucky in the world and managed to get famous." I looked at him before sighing and rushing off to head to my house, I could hear him following behind me so I slammed his door and ran to mine. I ran to my room to lay down, this was not going to be easy.
<<< Jacob's POV >>>
I knew from the minute I saw her, I wanted her to be mine, I don't care if she was a fangirl or not, she was gorgeous. I smiled and waved when she got out of the car expecting a hug but instead she just walked by me. I couldn't help but feel torn inside and then another girl walked up to me.
