Chapter 3

Robin, Cyborg and Raven stood there in shock eyeing the redhead that Beast Boy claimed to know Starfire however had a smile on her face throwing her arms around Carey's neck hugging her. "Glorious to meet you friend Carey I'm Starfire." She said introducing herself Carey smiled back looking at her with amusement at her excitement. "It's nice to meet you Starfire." "So where are you from?." Cyborg asked with his arms folded Carey gave him a grin. "I'm from Texas." "really? What part?" Robin asked the beautiful Texan with interest Carey looked at him and grinned. "San Antonio" "do you have powers?" Starfire asked looking at her Carey nodded to her question. "Yea I'm a Pyrokinetic." "What's that?" Starfire asked clearly confused Raven spoke answering her question. "She can control fire." "Oh...." Carey chuckled looking at her Meanwhile in a cave somewhere in the mountains above Jump City a man was sitting in a chair in front of a TV that had the video cameras everywhere watching the titans every move he sat there watching the beautiful pyro with interest seeing her laugh under his mask he had a smirk on his face "so this is the girl I've heard so much about.....she'll make a fine apprentice" he said as he started laughing. Meanwhile Carey was watching the Titans talk Beast Boy grinned and walked back to her with a smile on his face "so Carey how do you feel bout coming to live with us?" he asked her with a smile Carey looked at him in shock "wait you guys want me to come live with you guys?" Robin nods with a smile on his face "it'll be nice to have a pyro around" "awesome ill have to grab my stuff" "here let me help" Cyborg offers with a grin Carey nods and went upstairs to her room and packed her stuff giving the room key back to the clerk with Cyborg in tow walked back outside with the other titans getting in the T-Car driving back to Titans Tower they spend the entire day on the beach Carey was out on the water floating on a floatie listening to music moving her foot humming to the song Robin was watching her a bit Beast Boy walked up to him and sat down beside him he looked at him "she's beautiful isn't she?" he asked his leader with a grin on his face Robin's face turned a bit red looking at him "yea she is beautiful girl" Robin said as the danger they have to face grows near.
