Remember

Remember when the pegs that sustained your legs from falling - were there? Remember the arteries that pumped and pushed your blood out and in, did the same with my heart too? Applying an aura created with a man-made formula that disdained our pain of a one-sided love to your triumph of a loyalty you could only find above? Remember the shudders and the "remembers", the shivers of "I love you"'s, the wants and "I need you"'s, the same arteries that pumped and pushed your blood away, did the same with my heart too. . . You coated it with ten layers of breaking through a shield of our rescue, to sustaining pegs that fled when I was gone?
