The guards swam into the room as fast as they could. Looking between the King, Poseidon, and his wife, the Queen, Amphitrite.
"My King, my Queen, they are here." One of the guards said worriedly, as they King and Queen looked at each other.
"Go, take her to safety as long as she is safe so are we." Poseidon said softly to his wife before he and the guards swam off. Amphitrite swam to the nursery and grabbed her sweet angle from the crib.
"Hello, my sweet princess. Oh, mommy loves you so." She whispered to the baby, kissed it's head and swam off into the ocean away from the war ragging outside her home.
Soon she reached a hand board walk where a younge woman sat, relaxing. Her eyes were closed so she never saw the sea queen approach her.
"Hello Miss." The Queen said softly with her voice of music. The human girl sat strait up and looked around tell her eyes landed on the Queen and the princess who laid in her arms.
"Hello....?" She said softly back the Queen looked at the girl and saw her kind soul. She smiled and looked down to her baby and started to cry.
"My darling, I cannot have my daughter in my arms, as you see we are at war. I would like you to watch over her, and one day, I will return. But until then keep her save and away from all, her secret must not be known." The Queen said strongly making her point. The human girl looked at the baby. The child was beautiful, perfect tan skin, she couldn't see her eyes, or any hair so she couldn't say much else. The human nodded holding her arms out for the child.
"My dear daughter, one day when it is safe I will see you again." The Queen said as silent tears ran down her face. Once the human had ahold of the baby she couldn't take her eyes off it, the baby seemed to have a glow to its perfectly tab skin. The Queen watched silently and after awhile she sighed and swam back to the sea leaving her daughter, the princess of the sea to be protected by a human.
