I opened my eyes. I scrolled them downwards to my blood-stained hands.
"Wha-" I broke off.
"Sam? What's going on? What's that in your hand?"
I saw a glint of silver within my grasp. It was the knife, the knife that caused me all the pain over the past six months. And it still never went away.
