Felix's POV

I wake up in a hospital bed. Marzia immediately enters my mind. Tears filled my eyes as I noticed Bob and Wade in the corner of the room.

"You're awake!" Wade came over and Bob stared out the window into the dark night.

"Where's Marzia? Please tell me she's ok!" I sat up quickly.

"I'm sorry... She's gone." Wade cried, sitting on the edge of my bed.

"No. No, no, no, no, no!" I sobbed into Wade's shoulder.

I looked over to Bob who was wiping tears away.

"It's ok. Shhh..." Wade soothed me as my tears came harder.

I can't believe this happened. The summit this weekend is going to be in honor of the girl I wanted to call my wife. I will make sure she is remembered if it's the last thing I do.

Arin's POV

I sat with Amy in Mark's room. She was texting and laughing out loud. She last time was my cue.

"Hey! If you're just gonna sit there and laugh while Mark is in pain, then get out!" I whisper yelled, and she scoffed.

"I'm laughing at my new boyfriend. He's really fucking sexy and way better than Mark." Part of me still wanted to punch her.

Mark's POV

"I'm laughing at my new boyfriend. He's really fucking sexy and way better than Mark." Amy called out as I felt my heart drop.

I don't know why I got so sad! I should be glad she doesn't want me. It's just the way she said it that made my heart hurt.

"That's not the only secret you'll be exposing to mark." I heard Arin say as the door opened and closed.

I opened my eyes and Arin was looking at me.

"It's ok. She left." He smiled.

"What's the other secret?" I asked, tears forming in my eyes.

"Oh. Uh... You'll find out. It's better if she tells you." Arin smirks and places his hand on top of mine.

"Um. Where's Jack?" I asked okwardly.

"He's still in surgery. That gash was pretty deep." Arin replied moving his hand up my arm.

It's like he's trying to distract me. Hold on- Arin wasn't even there when Jack got cut. How could he know how deep it was? Am I overthinking it? Or does Arin know more than he lets on to?

"So. I was thinking. Since Amy moved on so you think we could-" I cut Arin off okwardly.

"You know, I'm really tired. I'll talk to you tomorrow." I smile and he nods sadly and leaving without another word.

Jack's POV

I felt like someone just sliced my stomach into pieces. Oh. That is what happened. For some reason there's a mirror in front of me and I have no shirt. The wound was half stitched and it was slowly being stitched the rest of the way. Suddenly I was able to hear a conversation between Amy and Arin.

"Hey baby you did good in there." Amy said to Arin which made me cringe.

"Thanks. Mark actually bought it. He has no idea what's coming to him." Arin scoffed.

"At least I didn't make is obvious I had a secret." Amy replied angrily.

"I had to at least give him a lead!" Arin said then everything went quiet, seeing my bloody wound finally stitched up.

I heard a steady beeping that sounded like my heart rate. It calmed me and it continued to get fainter.

3 days later/ Saturday/ 1 day before Creator Summit.

Unknown POV

Felix and Mark are out of the hospital, but they haven't left. Jack finally woke up but no one has come in yet. Although, Saturday morning Mark came in smiling.

"Hey!" Mark's voice was full of joy.

"Hey." Jack's voice was hoarse from lack of use.

"The summit's tomorrow. We're doing a memorial for Marzia." Mark sat beside Jack's feet.

"What? She's dead?" Jack had no idea what happened.

"She was stabbed by that clown guy. But are you gonna be able to come?"

"Yeah. I'll be out by 10 tomorrow."

"It starts at 2 so that's good."

There was an awkward moment of silence before Jack interrupted it.

"Um... I need some rest." Jack said sadly.

Mark nodded, understanding his pain.
He left Jack alone in a dark room. How could they ever get over this? Jack had a feeling something was going to happen, and it won't be nice.
