Phil walk into the building where He would be tortured by the boring voices of teachers and the obnoxious voices of his peers for the next seven hours.

Phil already felt like crying because of his headache, but then he saw Cat, the rich bully of the school.

He ducked his head to avoid being seen by Cat or any of the jocks and preps surrounding her. Cat had always liked Phil, but Phil hated her. She was so rude to everybody and she was always bragging. Also, she was really bad at flirting, but that was beside the point.

Phil walked into his first class, social studies. Phil hated Mr. Oakley. He was a nice guy, yeah, but he laughed so much and so loud. It wouldn't help his headache very much.

Phil sat down in his seat and started checking twitter until the bell rang. After he heard the deafening bell, and the pain in his head subsided slightly, he started listening to what Mr.Oakley was saying But Phil was horribly lost. Why was Mr.Oakley talking about California? And who is that cute brown haired kid standing next to him?

Oh, Phil thought, he must be a new kid.

When the Kid, apparently named Dan, finished talking, Mr.Oakley sent him to sit next to Cat.

Ugh, I feel sorry for him already.

At the end of class, Phil put his stuff in his book bag and went to stand by the new kids desk. It's not weird, he was just planning on showing this cute boy to his next class. That's innocent enough, right?

Most of the class had already left the class as Dan was still packing away his stuff. Phil held out his hand.

"Hi, I'm Phillip Lester, but you can call me Phil"

The boy shook his hand and muttered a reply

"I-I'm D-Dan..."

Awwww, he's shy. How cute.

"Nice to meet you Dan! Do you need help finding your way to your next class?" Phil exclaimed brightly, not noticing the way Dan looked at him, with those big brown eyes, or how Dans cheeks turned red whenever he would make eye contact with Phil.

"Um... Sure, yeah. I have umm... Ms. Ballinger next?" Dan replied, pulling back out his schedule, which he had put away five seconds previously.

"Oh yeah! I have her too. I bet she'll put you in the empty seat next to me."

Dan smiled brightly at Phil, who was starting to notice everything about Dan. His dimples, and the little freckles that made one look like a happy face and one look like a frowny face, a little rosy spot on his lower left cheek that he got when he talked. Everything about this boy was amazing.

Dan followed Phil to their next class and listened quietly as Phil talked and talked and talked, which Phil was perfectly fine with.

After third period, which Phil did not have with Dan, the two boys had lunch period together. They sat together, and Phil introduced Dan to PJ, Chris, and Louise. Dan said hi to them but didn't talk much after that. Dan Kept glancing at Phil, which Phil thought was cute.

Louise, PJ and Chris had art after lunch, which was all the way across campus, so they had to leave early. After they left, Phil told Dan how to get to his next class, because Phil couldn't accompany him since Phils next class was on the opposite side of campus. Dan thanked him and left, three minutes before the bell rand. Phil smiled and soon enough he was on his way to class.

After their last classes, Phil, PJ, Louise, and Chris found each other right by the big oak tree in the front lawn of the school. Phil saw Dan just coming out of the doors so he ran over to see him. As Phil approached Dan, Dan looked up at Phil and smiled.

Phil raised his hand in a wave and smiled more than he's ever smiled before.
"Hey Dan!"

Dan chuckled and looked down, muttering a greeting in response. They talked for a couple minutes, but soon enough Dans mom arrived to take Dan home. They said their goodbyes and Phil may have scared him a little by saying "See you tomorrow!" In a slightly creepy and threatening voice. Phil wasn't trying to sound creepy or threatening, he was just so happy he had made a new friend that was so incredibly hot he couldn't help but let some of his feelings leak in to his voice.

Nonetheless, Dan met Phil in front of the school the next morning and they walked to class together and talked until the bell rang. Even after the bell rang, they passed notes back and forth throughout class. Phil liked this boy.

That was a good two days.
