I stumbled into a random alleyway as the two guys I was running from, Jack and Brady, ran past me.
I was breathing heavily as I slid down the brick wall.
I pulled up my shirt to inspect what the burning sensation was.
Once I saw what it was, I squeezed my eyes closed and put my right hand where my ribs were. I took a deep breath and bit down on the collar of my shirt.
I slowly began trying to push my ribs back into my body as I let out a bloodcurdling scream that I couldn't stop from coming out by biting down on my shirt.
"Shit..." I mumbled. I heard footsteps so I slid behind a few trash cans nearby. I heard the footsteps fade away and then heard a door open. By now I had lost so much blood that everything was fuzzy and I didn't care who was there.
I heard a gasp, which sounded like a guy, and I soon felt someone pick me up. I was fighting to keep my eyelids from drooping and soon enough, I couldn't fight it and I fell into a dreamless slumber.
