[Akane's POV]
"Dang! All that happened through one roller coaster ride?", Tomo exclaims as I filled them in on what happened. "Dang it.. If only I was there.. It's been so long since I saw blood shed", Mira pouted. "..good thing it didn't happen through the ride", I muttered. "What? I only attempted to push them off, I didn't succeed", Mira rolled her eyes. "I had to hold her back the entire ride..", Tomo sighed, dropping his shoulders.
"Hurry up. We're heading to the next game", Jin called out. "Shooting game for prizes", Lily called out. "Alright ~ Finally a game for assassins", Mira grinned, showing her canines.[Shin's POV]
"Winner! Once again!", the man hands Jin his third stuffed animal. Everybody seemed to have won a prize, except Akane. "Akane, why don't you shoot? Your an expert aimer", Tomo called out. "..I don't like games like this..", Akane mumbled. "Haha~ Alright. I'll get you a prize, which one you want?", Tomo smiled at her, making my chest tighten. "That one..", Akane pointed at a stuffed white rabbit with an eye patch and red scarf. "...Jin...", I called out and pointed my chin out. With a grin, he nods in agreement.[3rd Person's POV]
Tomo shoots his gun, only for the cork to bounce off the sitting prize. "Mira", Tomo called out. Looking at the prize, Mira readies her cork gun.
Aiming their guns, the K assassins eye the Maru assassins. Oblivious to everything, Akane continued to rub her wrist.
Narrowing their eyes, they all fired at the same time. The 4 corks smash into the stomach of the stuff animal, causing it to fall. With such impact, the shelf shakes and all the prizes fall off the shelves. "W-winner..?", the man, who runs the stall, states in disbelief.
Despite Tomo saying he only wants the rabbit, Mira insisted that they take what they earned. As Mira, Jin, and Lily began to put all the prizes in a bag, provided by the jaw dropped man, Tomo and Shin both reached for the fallen rabbit at the same time. A grip on each side of the stuffed animal, the two eye each other with narrowed, glaring eyes.
"Sorry ~ but I need to gift this to someone", Tomo smiled. "..me too", Shin muttered. As the two fought, Akane was sighing and rolling her eyes.[Akane's POV]
Shin ended up taking the rabbit, but I didn't really care since I'm not a kid. We ended up going on other rides, but I sat out, of course. By the time they all finished, we had to head back to the inn for dinner.
Mira and I just finished taking a bath, drying our hair as we walked into our designated rooms. "Bath's open", I said to the Maru assassins. Nodding, Lily began to make her way out. As I dried my hair, I felt a long stare. Turning around, I find Shin first looking at me, but quickly looked away with a red face.
'What's with that? Oh well. Not my problem'[Shin's POV]
Why was I staring.. Gah.. My face seems hot..
After dinner, we all stayed in our rooms, split in half. K sat on one side, us in the other. Night soon came, where we had to turn off the lights and head to sleep.
It's been a hour since the lights were closed, and I couldn't sleep. In the silent room, all was heard were the soft breaths of the ones sleeping. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep, but I couldn't.. Then.. I heard the door slide open.
I opened my eyes slightly and saw a familiar figure walk out, closing the door behind her. It was Akane.
I didn't know why, maybe it was curiosity, but I followed after her. Everyone was now asleep, so no one was seen or heard. I follow Akane out of the inn, where she stood on the porch, her back facing me. She seemed to be staring at the full moon above us. "..Akane...?", I quietly muttered out. She turned around and my eyes widened in shock and surprise. Her usual cold, empty black eyes were now red.. Red as blood.
