When you walk a life as a teenager who wants to find themselves, it can be very difficult. Only living life as a kid, not having to worry about anything but cuts and bruises, and trying to catch the ice cream truck before he leaves your street. But things don't last like that forever.
Today is Adeline's first day of school, in 6th grade. It was a chilly morning on the first day of school. Adeline practically leaped out of bed in excitement, not having had any sleep because she had butterflies in her belly for school. Adeline slipped on her Elsa slippers, and head downstairs. When she got to the kitchen, her mom and dad had prepared a breakfast for her for the first day of school. "Good morning sweetie" Said August's, Adeline's mother. "Hey mom" Adeline squeaked with a smile. "Do you want some pancakes? I put chocolate chips in them. I remember you mentioning that they are your favorite, so I made them." Adeline smiled. "Thank you very much" Adeline gobbled up her breakfast and ran upstairs. She picked out her favorite outfit. A penguin shirt that said "ain't nobody go time for that!" and her baggy jeans. She went downstairs to grab her bag. Before she walked out of the door she yelled, "LOVE YOU GUYS!" and ran to the bus stop. Now for Adeline, school was a bit to much drama. It was an irregular school for k-12. Different grades were mixed together, so the older kids of those groups had to set examples for the little kids, but didnt care.
