Week 18 Assignment 18

Hey guys! Look at this 😊 an assignment perfectly on time. Of course this is me, Stormy!!!

‼️I'm going on vacation from the 18th to the 25th. I need to find someone who will be interested in doing next weeks assignment for me. If you are interested, please let me know!

‼️So this week, I'm introducing something new. The ⏰. Simply means that the person with this didn't do their assignment for the passed week but they did check in with me about it and was granted an extension or was granted a pass by me (I'm human, I make mistakes, so this is my way of trying to keep things calm) just because you see this, it doesn't mean you can skip reading their work. It is still part of your assignment, just that group member may have gotten held up in school or in other things. It's not their fault so they shouldn't have to suffer for it. If you have an issue with this, come talk to me.

‼️Also, when you message me regrading your group as a whole, a member in the group or even yourself, please emphasize what group you are in. It would make my life so much easier. With the club growing, I have to scan the groups multiple times sometimes to find the person in question. This club is a one woman show, so please try to do what you can to help me out.

‼️ From here on out when you comment on your reading I want to tag the book club so I can find your comments easily.

That being said, I'm EXTREMELY happy to say that this club is growing! Thanks to all of you loyal readers.

Now on the with normally scheduled broadcast. Decent week last week, had a good flow on new people! I love newbies 😊 keep them coming! May do a special thing for people who reference people to join and they actually play their part (hint hint 😉)

So.... those who don't know. If you commented on having read last week, there is a ✅ by your name, if not, you have a ✖️. Three strikes and your out. I am getting all sorts of complaints bout people not reading. This group is here to help, as a member you are responsible for doing your part. If anything happens that prevents you from doing your reading, send me a message, it will prevent you from getting the ✖️. Once you are done reading, just comment 'done' with your group number.

This isn't a free thing. If you are a member, you are expected to do your part. If someone reads your work, you need to read theirs. We need to help each other. Don't do your part, you will be kicked out. I'm pretty good with understanding circumstances. So just talk to me. If you are kicked out for not reading, you will not be welcome back. Just talk to me. Ask around, I don't bite.

If you want to quit or go on hiatus, you need to finish the current week assignment. Those on hiatus I have tried to group together, others at alone in a group. If you are returning, let me know and I will put you back in a group.

Some of you are not leaving quality comments, make sure you use the outline for commenting, found at the bottom of every chapter.

Those of you with only two people in your group, you need to pick a book from the community library and read a chapter from that as well. The same goes for if you have a group member on hiatus. Read a community book instead of theirs. You can read the same
community you read the previous week. And make sure you comment 'done' on here when you are finished, otherwise you will be marked as not having completed vthe assignment. (I know I said it earlier, I am just repeating for emphasis)

I am sure mistakes have been made, I tried to catch up and fix as much as possible, but if I have told you that you have been placed in a group but haven't, or I made any other type of mistakes, please, please message me about it!
