Lily’s POV
After the car ride to the train station, let me rephrase that, after the ‘depressing’ car ride, we got to the station. All of us slowly got out of the car. Al had his glasses sliding against his face, and James was smoothing his hair back. I looked at mum and dad to see them looking back and forth at each other.
We headed in, and we got to platform 9 ¾. I looked back, and slowly piped up. “So…. Um…. Who first?”
James pulled his cart closer to mine, and opened his mouth only to be interrupted by the Longbottoms.
“Hello Harry!” The tallest man, (and cutest), Professor (awww) Neville. “And Ginny, James, Albus, and Lils.”
Dad shook his hand, and mum nodded slightly, with a smile on her face. “Hello Neville, and Hannah! Shouldn’t you already be at Hogwarts? I heard from Lily that you’re quite the teacher!” Dad stopped to laugh, and looked at me. “A few girls I know have a crush on you.”
Neville, dad, mum, Hannah, James, and Al started roaring laughter at me, and I just sat there, blushing. Hannah looked up at the clock, and stopped laughing. “Oh dear, Neville honey, we should be getting going.”
Neville looked at the clock, and frowned. “Bye everyone!” He and Hannah ran through the wall, leaving us Potters, trying not to laugh. -.-
“I’m leaving this nonsense.” I waved at my ever so annoying family, and trotted into platform 9 ¾.
As I transformed to the express, one by one, my family came in after me. First I was followed by James, then mum, then Albus and dad. We all walked quietly at our own pace, till we eventually saw Aunt Hermione with her husband and children.
“LILY!”I heard a female call out. I looked over to see Rose, and she was heading towards me. “Sooooo Lily……”
“HI ROSE!” I ran to her, and smiled. “James was sweet talking to himself this morning.” We both fell over laughing. James must have heard me, because he walked over to me and Rose.
“Yea, and Lily was giving a professor googly eyes.” He laughed, and walked over to Al and Hugo.
Rose laughed a little, and walked closer to our parents. “Harry!” Aunt Hermione squealed as she ran over, and gave dad a big hug.
I think dad hugged her back, but I ignored them, and went onto the train after Rose and Hugo. On the way in, I met face to face with Scorpius. We both backed up, and went in different directions. Odd for him.
I looked at my bag, then I looked up to see Rose and him talking. “Sooo Rose. How’s the prettiest girl doing today?” He gave Rose a kiss, then she blushed.
“I’m good, now that you’re here, Scorps….” Rose said, as she looked away, through laughs. Scorpius smiled, and walked away.
I walked over to the giggly Rose, and sat next to her. “So Rose. I see you fancy someone.” I raised my eyebrow, as she blushed. We both got up, and headed into the trolley. James, Ted, Albus, Hugo, Roxanne, and Fred were already there.
“Oh, sorry sis.” Hugo began, as he shooed Rose and me to leave. “This is guys only.”
Rose began to walk away, but I stopped her, and glared at Hugo. “If this is guys only, why is Roxanne in here, huh?”
Hugo sat there, wordless, till Ted spoke up. “Um, she’s here because um….” Ted stopped to think. “She….. is here because she bribed us. Give us let’s say….. a few gold coins…. And you can stay.”
I sneered, and started to leave. “Nah, no thanks guys. We don’t want to pay to spend time with our brothers that we see every day. :P”
Rose laughed, and followed me out. “Nice.” I nodded, and started to look for a place for us to stay. “I don’t see any open spots yet.”
“Neither do I. I think we’ll have to bunk with someone.” I replied, as I got past the candy trolley.
“Would you dears like anything?” The lady, giving out candy, asked. She handed a lollipop back to a boy that clearly was a first year. He smiled, handed her a few coins, then left.
I shook my head, and pulled Rose forward, but she stopped. “Um, Yes, I would. Two chocolate frogs.” The lady grew a big smile on her face as she handed Rose the frogs. In return, Rose handed the lady a few coins, then followed me.
“Lily!!! I know where we can stay!” She smiled, and blushed. I sighed, and let her guide me away. “We can stay with Scropious and his friends!!!” I face-palmed myself, and followed Rose.
Rose laughed, and led me to the one door. She peeked into the little room. She looked back at me, and smiled. “Ok. Scorps says we can join him…. And his ‘pals’”
Rose pulled me in, and I looked around. Scorpious was sitting across from this one boy I haven’t seen before. The boy had curly blond hair, and he was TOTZ adorable. I looked at him, and smiled. He waved to me, and I did the same back. “Hi Scopious who is your friend?”
“His name is Blake, Blake Wintergarden. He’s a muggleborn wizard.” Scopious replied, as I sat next to Blake.
Blake smiled at me, and looked up at Scorpious. “Now who is this beauty?”
I blushed softly, and looked away.
“She is Lily Potter, pure blood, daughter of Harry and Ginny Potter.” He replied to Blake. Blake nodded, and put his arm around me.
I knew this year was going to be good…… I was sure of it. J
