Truth or Dare

Chapter 3

Everyone stared at Robin, stunned. Artemis looked at her clothes and went red.

"There's no way that actually happened. Right?" Wally asked.

"What?" Kald'r asked.

Robin smirked. "Get married. Do it."

"With this idiot. Never." Artemis laughed at the idea despite blushing.

"Okay then." Robin remarked. "If you're okay with spending the next few months being teased for being a coward, that's on you."

Artemis was furious but said. "Whatever."

Wally shook his head. "At least it won't be an actual wedding."

"Oh no its real."

Batman glared at his ward. "Is that really called for."

"Yes."

"But, they're underage!" Zatanna reasoned.

"So."

"So! Robin where could they possibly do this."

"Everything's legal in Vegas."

"He's not wrong." The Flash murmured.

"Wha-we cannot go to Vegas!" Superboy exclaimed.

"Why not."

"Why not!" Black Canary shook her head.

"Because it's Vegas!" Artemis yelled.

"Zeta-Tube."

"We are teenagers!"

"Doesn't stop us from going on missions, why should it stop us from fulfilling this game!"

"Lots of reasons!"

"It's just as weird seeing Artemis fight with someone who isn't her husband." M'gann smiled.

Wally looked jealous, then turned red.

"Look we can bicker or go to Vegas. "

"We aren't supposed to leave before training."

"I risked my identity! This game does not value the rules of our mentors."

"What will we tell Captain Marvel! 'Yeah we're just gonna quickly cross the country for an underage marriage ceremony!"

"If we don't follow rules then why would we ask permission for a little thing like crossing the country."

"We-don't-have-any-sort-of-protocol-for-a-wedding!"

Many in the room winced. Artemis was seething now.

"Zatanna can get you a wedding dress!"

Zatanna looked startled, then smirked and cast a spell that put Artemis in a gown.

The same gown she was wearing.

Artemis opened her mouth to argue but Robin interrupted her. "Okay I'm not argue with you about this anymore. Everybody Zeta-Tube. Now."

"This is the best day of life." M'gann beamed.

Robin got up and walked towards the Zeta-Tube. "Coming."

Everyone sort of looked confused, then one by one they all walked towards the tube. Except, Wally and Artemis.

"No! There is no way I would ever agree to this!" Artemis argued.

"Superboy, carry her to this most astrous of events."

Conner shrugged. "Okay." And did that, ignoring Artemis's kicking and screaming.

Robin looked at Wally. "Do I need someone for you, too?"

"Maybe if it's M'gann." Kid Flash joked.

"You just got engaged."

Batman once again glared at Robin, despite the sense of pride he felt in his chest. Artemis however was furious.

"What did you make us do." She said in a deadly voice.

Wally rolled his eyes. "Oh, he only ruined our lives."

"No I didn't!" Robin chuckled. "I only ruined the rest of your lives! I hate when people make that mistake."

"IS THIS A JOKE TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Artemis screamed.

"It's not like Vegas marriges are actually legal."

Everyone was silent. Most surprised at the boy wonder, others who barely knew what Vegas was had just not planned on talking, but quickly realized something was wrong and kept quiet.

Robin looked confused. "What?"

"It is legal." Artemis murmured.

"What?"

"If you get married in Vegas, that marriage is official everywhere."

"No it's not."

"Yes it is. Why would you think it's not legal!"

"Because it's Vegas."

"Fair. But yeah it's a legal marriage!"

"Oh. Then on that note, yeah I messed up bad."

Everybody paled slightly.

By then the team returned. Artemis and Wally were redder then ever.

"That was so whelming!" Zatanna laughed.

"They actually did it!" Black Canary exclaimed. "Why did we trust the eight year old again?"

"Ten year old!"

"My turn."Artemis seethed. "Robin!"

"Tag rules."

"Wally."

"Okay, no." M'gann stood up. "This whole cycle of revenge is taking up game time. Choose someone else."

"I still haven't gotten a turn." Kald'r complained.

"And I still haven't gotten a chance to have revenge on Robin for making me marry Baywatch!"

"Yeah not to happy either, Spitfire!"

"But," Artemis calmed herself. "I need to cool down, so choose dare. Or I'll hurt you. Badly. Truth or dare."

His eyes widened. "Well I must remember to suggest this game is banned from Atlantis. Dare."

Aquaman looked at his protege. "Yes, that should be for the best."

Steaming, Artemis ran ideas through her mind intil she said. "I dare you...
