It had been two weeks since your first YouTube collab with danisnotonfire. You were sitting in you best friend, (your friends name)'s room to talk about your next video when you heard a knock on your front door. (Friends name) went to go answer it while you wrote down some ideas on a piece of paper with a cat pencil that Phil had given to you as a gift. You were getting some good ideas written when you heard (friends name) yell, "someone's here to see you (y/n)!!" So I got up and walked into her living room to see (friends name)walking past me with smile on her face and Dan Howell sitting on her couch. When he saw youhe quickly stood up and gave you a hug. When he let go of the hug he said, "happy birthday!" With a huge grin on his face. He then pulled two movie tickets out of his back pocket. "Remember how you said you were wanting to see suicide squad?" He asked. You squeeled with joy and hugged him immediately after he finished his sentence. "It starts in two hours." You quietly read the ticket. You looked down at yourself and realised it was 7:00 pm and you were still in your pajamas. Your face turned red in embarassment seeing Dan dressed up nicely. His face leaving a smile on yours as you ran out of the room to get dressed leaving Dan I the aftermath chuckling.
You quickly pulled on a shirt and pants, tied your shoes and you were ready to go. While driving to the movie you could see him glancing at you with a shy smirk every few minutes, but you though nothing of it you've never been in any kind of relationship before. The movie had been in theatres for about two months so mostly everyone had seen it so the room was quite empty. Other than Dan and you there was nobody there so you had the place to yourselves. She n the movie was about half way over, Dan quietly and noticeably put his arm around you. You could feel your face getting hot. "He's so comfortable around me yet I can barely look at him?" You thought. When the movie was over he had offered to drive so you let him. On the way back to (friends name)'s house Dan had missed the turn. "Umm... Dan?" I said slowly, "I think you missed the turn.". Dan smiled. " i know, I have another supriss for my birthday girl." He answered. About 15 minutes later we arrived at a cute little cabin. "Surprise!" Dan yelled. You smiled. "Were going on a little birthday vacation, oh and don't worry about (friends name) I already told her about it." At this point you were getting beyond nervous. First he put his arm around you at the theatre and now you both are going to spend time alone in a very very small cabin. Dan hopped out of the car and grabbed a couple of bags that he had packed. "This place is beautiful! How long are we staying here?" I asked, getting out of the car. "Two weeks." He replied.
