“Hello, Mrs. Cerulli,” Chris chuckles, his hands slipping around your white clad hips. You smile up at him from beneath your white veil, biting your lip happily. He leans down to bump your nose with his, and you giggle, tightening your fingers together behind his neck as you lift your lips to his. You’re married.
To Chris.
It’s like a dream come true.
He looks amazing, dressed in an impeccable black suit with silver cuff links, his black hair smoothed back, his eyes bright and warm. You’d spent the night at your apartment before the wedding, so Chris had never seen your dress or you until you’d been walking down the aisle.
You’d never forget the look on his face.
He would never forget seeing you looking so stunning and beautiful in white.
Everything had gone still for him upon seeing you, as if the world has slowed down and all he could see was you walking towards him.
You press your face against his shoulder, your heels giving you plenty of height as the two of you dance slowly to your first song, one you barely hear as your hips merely sway back and forth. He’s so warm, his arms tight around you to hold you close as he sweeps you back and forth across the floor. It’s like there’s no one else but the two of you.
Sabrina and Sydney were your bridesmaids, although you’d had to recruit Balz and Ryans girlfriends to be ones too since Chris had insisted his entire band be his best men.
You were a tad irked Sydney and Devin had walked together, but it had worked out.
Both were behaving admirably.
You hadnt been the one to want a large wedding, but Chris had just kept adding people to the guest list, from your closest friends to other bands until the wedding was a bit bigger then you would have liked. But considering everything had went smoothly, you weren’t going to complain.
The two of you hadnt waited very long to marry.
You’d only been engaged six months, and only so long because that was the only time Chris picked venue had a place; he’d been so eager to marry you he’d suggested multiple times the two of you should just go straight to the courthouse and just get it done! Forget everything else!
But, considering you’d already had your dress and sent out wedding invitations, that hadn’t seemed the best course in your opinion.
So here the two of you are, dressed in your wedding attire, slowly dancing to a song you barely hear in front of your friends and loved ones. The reception hall was rather large, needed to accommodate everyone and the hired catering.
It had been a long day, you feel like you haven’t slept in ages, you’d been too restless to sleep the night before. To say you were tired was an understatement, but if you laid down you wouldn’t sleep a wink, to full of nervous energy.
At least the worst part was over and you hadnt fallen down the aisle.
Everything should go smoothly now, yeah?
You hope so.
You hope it goes smoothly forever.
You nuzzle closer to Chris, his hands tightening around your hips, lips brushing the top of your head.
He’s glad it’s finally over, that you’re his and he yours. He felt like it had taken centuries for the wedding to finally arrive, he’d probably been more excited then you were
But how could he not?
You were wonderful.
You two were already moved in together, your things at his place and your landlord aware you were moving out. You figure since Chris wanted to marry you he wouldn’t he leaving you any time soon.
