Caleb's POV
I knew that I have to write a poem for Veronica but should I even think about giving this poem to her would she even accept it. Anxieties are trying to get the best of me, I may be a heartthrob usually well, let's just say that pick up lines are not the best way to sweep a girl of her feet. I don't think I'm ready to give the poem just yet but no one tells Caleb what to do.
"Caleb, what are dreaming about?" Carrie asked suspiciously. I was about to say Veronica but I'd rather not tell her the truth I don't know it doesn't sound like a good idea. I stammered," oh well, err, I must be stressed with all the work I've recently gotten so far." I don't typically get the girl but going on a date would sound like a blast, let's just say that would be a miracle to happen.
If this plan work then I would gained some confidence in my self. The leaves on the trees started to turn from green to a bright scarlet. Like that it was summer to fall. I knew my true feelings had changed as time passes by me as if I felt I don't feel like this poem was meant for Veronica. No! I will do it after what Dennis had told me Veronica is just playing hard to get for every guy as if we were game of chance in a casino.
I'm still getting chills from my ex crush Emily so I had to play with her best friend's feelings to make her think that I fell for her but at the end lost both girls and I've been giving every girl in my school the cold shoulder but it changed my life a tiny bit know. With these life experiences so I can write a poem to release my true feelings.
My feelings and emotions maybe it was never for Veronica but for Clare all along. Let's see what happens tomorrow at school.
